LV x Kusama Collection 2023 - what to buy??

I wouldn't trust the website to determine if a piece was region exclusive, or if wasn't offered. Like others have said, its best to ask your CA.

For example, the Pumpkin bag shows up on Singapore site, but not on the US site.

Already posted it in the April‘s happy purchases, but here is the Auguste notebook cover! I initially wanted the rod/white dotted Paul Agenda, but it really has a weird size and I do not want to be dependent on the LV refills which also only come lined. This one can fit A5 and I will put in a Hobonichi Cousin Spring calender. So excited when it comes and I can start using it!

Yesterday I also went out with some friends and took my monochrome Keepall 25 with me which has been my bag of the weeks. It is so practical!

I really enjoy the Kusama pieces!

Just picked up my new Kusama purse from the store just now! I had to get them to place the order and pull it from another store but it was just a few days wait. I thought I was safe from this year’s collab until I saw the flowers . Had to get the matching perfume bottle as well. She will join my other 2 pieces from the last collab ❤️

Just because you can’t find an item on the website of your country, it doesn’t mean that it was never sold or can’t be bought in your country either.

I live in the US. Items that are very limited will sometimes have no page on the US site, even at launch. You can’t even search for them on the website. But I’ll text my CA and if she’s able to, she’ll place an order for me.

Sorry that the speedy isn’t available in Singapore, but just want everyone who stumbles on this thread and reads it to know that the best thing to do, to really knn item can be bought, is to find the product number and ask their CA.

Well i can only conclude then if this bag was "available" only CA's app page but not published publicly online , it would seem to me that the bag is probably offered only to VVIP? hehe...afterall luxury houses are known for these practises. I am a first time customer of LV from this haul, my CA told me it's not available when i asked her about it

I passed on a pumpkins PSP and bandeau when I could've gotten them and now I can't get the pumpkins out of my head. I do have the men's keychain already (which is gorgeous) but man...I need to have those pumpkins on a bag!!

For context I am 158cm tall so rather petite, and female. I also already have 2 speedys - a new speedy 20 in black nanogram, and a speedy b 25 in DE which has served me insanely in a pre-covid heavy work travel life. The keepall will likely give more variety to my speedys? With the strap swapped out I think it could still work with more feminine outfits?

Sounds like available only to VVIP? during the preview event of the launch i can only conclude. MY CA told me this bag not available in SG and cannot be ordered online from anywhere else

Nope this bag is not even published in Sg website at all (see above online) .
I even went to this specific product line made available in Europe online and then check via store availability for sg, it's stated not available . Anyway looks like the bag is also out of stock in Europe now

Can you share where you saw this as available in SG ?

I saw it on a Singapore CA’s phone. As they use their work phone. It was listed as $5.4k SGD. I was looking to purchase it or another speedy, so the CA showed me what’s available or available to order.

And no, I’m not a re-seller.

And yes, I know exactly it’s not being listed on Singapore’s website because I checked it too. I liked it too. However, I decided not to get due as the price is also way more costly than usual Empreinte speedy.

So what I am saying is, it might not be available on the website, one CA may say not available, but there’s always a second opinion you can try, like digital CAs or another CA from the stores. I have also heard of people here purchasing items that were not available in their home country but their CA managed to get it in for them. I am not offering to sell you the bag, I don’t have it. But I saw what I saw. CA’s app is different from our access to website items. It’s an Empreinte piece and way more ex, I’m sure at least one CA in Singapore would be willingly to go the extra mile for you to get a bit of commission too. Good luck!

I love the pumpkins so I don’t think you can go wrong. Honestly the neonoe and the neverfull are my favorite because I like seeing a bit of that gorgeous purple interior!

This bag is not published at all on Sg website. so there will be no knowledge of this bag ever existing at all ifone were to view it from Sg online website.

I went to Europe's website to look up ( yes after u told me of its existence on this forum) this bag n checked. The bag is published there indeed n I also went via this page to look up if it existed in Sg, it says bag is not available in Sg

Try to see it via Sg online website ( link attached earlier , u will not see this bag at all in Sg)

I also asked my local CA who said this bag is not available in Sg n it cannot be delivered from overseas to Sg

You can always ask another CA. It’s probably troublesome to do such transactions but not impossible. I know of at least one or two success stories here who managed to get a “non-regional” item. Otherwise like some others mentioned, wait for consignment websites or resellers appearing in a few years.

And don’t assume that every CA knows their stuff. They don’t. Collection is too huge and they are always giving wrong info to clients every now and then.

I am also not a VVIP… very very far from it…

But I stood at the counter for a good 30 minutes looking at one speedy after another. Then I ask the CA (it’s not even my regular CA, just a random one that was assigned to me when I walked in) what other speedy are available to purchase. That’s when he showed me on his phone app. I did ask that CA for his number. So if you really keen, I can pm you his number and ask about it.

Disclaimer: 1) I’m not promoting that CA or what. 2) I saw that speedy on the app in middle of March, so things may have changed since then as it was considered as pre-order period then. 3) I’m just trying to help in whatever ways I can.

I would be happy for you, if you were able to get what you like.

Card won’t fit.

Definitely for coins and small key fobs.

You might be able to fit a chapstick in, but I would consider this piece more decorative than functional.

Also, the silk screen print isn’t the most crisp. The Christmas animations have better definition than this entire collection.

Have you seen them in person?

I like the men’s pumpkins in photos more, but in person, women’s pumpkins take the take.

If you know you love the Speedy style, no harm in sticking to it. I’m 162.5 cm and the Keepall 25 is just a little too bulky for a crossbody on me. However, my Speedy 25 looks just right on me, so I wouldn’t count on your Speedy 25 to be a good gauge on how the Keepall 25 will look on you.

I turned down the neonoe because no matter how you wear it on your shoulder, it will always be rubbing pumpkins on your body. I’d rather reduce contact/friction with the pumpkins, so I can minimize wear on them.
