Have you seen them in person?

I like the men’s pumpkins in photos more, but in person, women’s pumpkins take the take.

If you know you love the Speedy style, no harm in sticking to it. I’m 162.5 cm and the Keepall 25 is just a little too bulky for a crossbody on me. However, my Speedy 25 looks just right on me, so I wouldn’t count on your Speedy 25 to be a good gauge on how the Keepall 25 will look on you.

I turned down the neonoe because no matter how you wear it on your shoulder, it will always be rubbing pumpkins on your body. I’d rather reduce contact/friction with the pumpkins, so I can minimize wear on them.

I have not seen them in person because they are always sold out! That said I've seen the pumpkins neverfull so I have an idea of what the print looks like IRL on the women's line.

Interesting point on how the keepall 25 sits against the body, I had the impression it was less bulky than the speedy 25 but maybe not! It'll be nice to have something different for a change though, and not have to worry about vachetta unlike the speedy 20. I'll head down to the store to see if they have the regular/other versions of the keepall 25 so that I can try the shape at least!

I have the Neo Noe, the pumpkins look gorgeous in that shape and I haven’t received this many compliments on a bag in a while. But as a woman of similar height as you, I will say it can hang quite low when worn crossbody (I love it though and will keep). I think the speedy is also a nice shape for pumpkins, and you also have the option of either holding it or carrying cross body. I also think the women’s pumpkins are nicer than the men’s. They look so nice on monogram.

Card won’t fit.

Definitely for coins and small key fobs.

You might be able to fit a chapstick in, but I would consider this piece more decorative than functional.

Also, the silk screen print isn’t the most crisp. The Christmas animations have better definition than this entire collection.

Need opinions - Pumpkins speedy 20 or keepall 25? (Or the noenoe for something different?)

I passed on a pumpkins PSP and bandeau when I could've gotten them and now I can't get the pumpkins out of my head. I do have the men's keychain already (which is gorgeous) but man...I need to have those pumpkins on a bag!!

For context I am 158cm tall so rather petite, and female. I also already have 2 speedys - a new speedy 20 in black nanogram, and a speedy b 25 in DE which has served me insanely in a pre-covid heavy work travel life. The keepall will likely give more variety to my speedys? With the strap swapped out I think it could still work with more feminine outfits?

I walked in to get the Keepall 25 and walked out with the NeoNoé, even though I have always disliked brown monogram and hadn't considered the women's bags because of that. Like others said, the pumpkins look great on the men's line in photos, but in person I think they look better on the brown. For the Keepall specifically, a few of us didn't like the bands/handles being canvas instead of leather. They look busy and felt cheap in person, and the bands obscure the pumpkins somewhat. Fantastically huge pumpkins on the NeoNoé! No regrets despite the things I didn't want like brown mono and vachetta. And I'm just going to wear it and not stress about the print rubbing off. I'm leaning towards not converting the cosmetic pouch I got and keeping it pristine so if the larger bag does get worn, I'll still have something with a perfect pumpkin print.

I did like the Keepall 25 enough to buy it in another print, though. I was surprised by how much bigger it was than the Keepall XS, which already holds more than you'd expect. It seems more functional than the Speedy 20, so could match your Speedy 25 for usefulness, but I don't like canvas Speedys so I've never looked closely at the capacity. I'm short but fat so the size looks good on me, I think; it could be a little bulky if you're petite all over and like slim looking bags.

This is interesting insight. I also liked the keepall in the pictures and never considered the NeoNoe because I’ve never been drawn to the original. But now I do see that the pumpkins are very flattering on this shape.

Limited use The blue speedy I only used a handful of times and I only took the neverfull out for the first time yesterday to pick up the new Kusama after I realized I never used her.

I am also not a VVIP… very very far from it…

But I stood at the counter for a good 30 minutes looking at one speedy after another. Then I ask the CA (it’s not even my regular CA, just a random one that was assigned to me when I walked in) what other speedy are available to purchase. That’s when he showed me on his phone app. I did ask that CA for his number. So if you really keen, I can pm you his number and ask about it.

I don’t know about anyone else but I’m going out of my mind checking my email to see when my items will ship! Ordered the Kusama Romy and coin purse last Friday am. Romy has been in processing stage since Sat but no shipping details yet. Seems so strange the way the website has been lately too… you can still add them to cart but the shipping time keeps increasing and now varies up to 2 months? That’s new!

I love the pumpkins so I don’t think you can go wrong. Honestly the neonoe and the neverfull are my favorite because I like seeing a bit of that gorgeous purple interior!

The NeoNoe was not seriously on my radar, and after seeing all the comments about the pumpkins looking nicer in women's collection I had half made up my mind to get the pumpkins speedy 20! However I managed to just take a quick visit to the store to try the bag shapes as I have never tried the neonoe or keepall 25 in real life before. They didn't have the pumpkins ones but I got to try other prints.

Initial reactions:

Neonoe - bigger than what I thought it was from the photos! My gut was like, okay I don't want such a big bag.

Keepall 25 - Different from my speedys (which I already have 2) and can probably fit more and things of different shapes (my VCA receipt can't fit in my speedy 20 LOL). Wasn't loving the men's strap but that can be changed easily.

Asked the SA for his honest opinion - first he thinks that the keepall is different from my speedys, it's more different. Should consider. BUT he thinks I should get the neonoe because it's more different from the other bags I already have. Which is true - I have mostly "small" bags - but that's what I use nowadays except when I go to the gym/yoga (which is everyday, but I'm probably not carrying the pumpkins to the gym when I know I will sweat )

Bottom line the SA said: decide quick, because it will all be gone soon. The bandeaus are not orderable anymore!

Which one should I keep? I know many don’t like the monogram handles but I prefer the blues against the grey canvas. I don’t personally favor the orange toned version. And yes the strap is from keepall xs. I like that the pumpkins are unobsured but not sure if it looks too wide on 5’2” petite me. I like that the keepall is a more proper bag and a more classic LV shape. However if I stay with the pochette voyage, I could use the difference in budget for a preowned Galaxy pochette voyage which also includes an insert that can convert to a purse. Same issue would apply about being wide though.

Can you tell me what A5 notebook you will be using?

Sure! I use the Hobonichi A5 Cousin. Fits perfectly, very tight though and has some weight because it is a daily calender with additional monthly and weekly pages! But I love me daily pages for journaling (not pretty journaling though… )!

I think you should get the bag that you see yourself actually using. “Different” is not always good, especially if you have an established preference for your bags and how you use them.

I go back and forth between small and large bags (one season I love one size, the next, another size). The one thing that stays consistent is my preference for shoulder bags -long or short. If a bag is purely top handle, I will use it only a handful of times before letting it go. I avoid strictly top handle bags now.

If you know you don’t use bigger bags, don’t get neonoe -because when will you actually use it?

As for the keepall 25, I actually like the overall design of the bag. I think the pumpkins look better on brown mono, but they still look good on the gray mono. I just don’t like how bulky the bag is on me. If you see yourself getting more use and joy out of the Keepall 25, get it.
