I definitely recommend elady or brandoff. Check out their website rather than eBay listing. Elady is kind of a marketplace now but I can verify that they check all items out first before shipping them to you. I recently purchased an item from them that came from a different vendor but they actually received the item first, inspected it, and then shipped it to me. Of course you’ll need to do your due diligence and get it authenticated as well (caroldiva, authenticate4u, tpf authenticators, etc).

Yes. But due diligence is always recommended. Get it authenticated if not sure, but for me it was pleasant experience.

Ive been searching for a vintage bag that is in excellent condition and have been scouring ebay, Fashionphile, Memes, and Yoogies, I am coming up empty.
Therefore I am now looking in Japan, where I am seeing several that would meet my criteria..
The purchase would likely be over $1,000...
I'm expecting a customs ding! About how much should i expect to add to the cost of the would like to hear from anyone who has made an expensive purchase from Japan...Any ideas?

I think it depends on how much the item is. I just received a wallet and a key older and I didn't have any fees, that order was under 200$.

Right. I think $800 is duty free(at least they say in customs) The 3 bags I am considering are 1,600-1,900 range)...
