Stitching and alignment looks good. the top seam canvas flap looks a little thick but that's all I really see from the photo.

Yes, there is a reverse PSM with the “new” zipper design, but it was discontinued November-ish 2021.
Hi just curious where did you find where it was made? I looked all over my new one. I just arrived home with it. I'm going to put a scarf on my handle too!
There's a tab on that pocket inside "Louis Vuitton Paris". If that is all it says than its made in USA but if it's made in France, Spain or Italy it will say right under on the same tab. I've been wearing that bandeau on the handle nonstop, you're going to love it!!!

I just got my PSM. The store had 4. The one they originally gave me had an area that had a few lose stitches so the canvas wasn't attached. They let me check out the others in stock. I got the one I think looked the best of the 3. But I would like opinions on the alignment, stitching, etc.
I FINALLY got one a few weeks ago (Made in France, stitching and alignment are all great) and I can't believe how much I love this adorable little mini Palm Springs backpack. I can't stop carrying it and using it and it makes me smile so much to carry it everyday. Only question is - why did I wait so long to get it? I really love it and highly recommend this little adorable cutie. It fits everything I need too (mini pochette, wallet, card holder, cles, and sunglasses.
Hi everyone! I finally decided to get a PSM last week. I exchanged it today because the first one had a loose stitch. I just opened the new one today and noticed the adjustable straps seems to attach unevenly on both straps, if that makes sense. I know it’s all hand made but I’d thought they do QC for imperfections? Or Is that normal ? And this little imperfection too that I found. Should I exchange it again?

The straps on my psm are similar, but it doesn’t bother me! I’m not sure if that’s normal though..
Mine too - once you are wearing them as shoulder straps it makes sense as the top one is longer than the bottom, so it curves without buckling. I think it’s by design, at least that is what I have always told myself!
The straps I could cope with but that chunk of missing canvas would have me running back. Some would tell you all have this, they definitely do not. It should be seamless. I could see this peeling or cracking more.
Agree the canvas imperfection I wouldn't accept but the straps are normal and have to be that way to bend right when on the shoulders, I didn't even think about that being an issue when I got mine so an odd observation IMO.
