Hello ladies! I just went to LV store today to try my luck in exchanging my 2019 bag to the newer model. Long story short, I was able to talk to the manager, and they couldn't replace my bag for me as it's date code is not part of the "manufacturer's defect batch". So apparently my bag is considered as a newer model, even tho the zipper isn't really exposed like the ones in the current LV website. And she said they changed the model twice! so the ones we are seeing in the website now is the 3rd design. Did anyone encounter a similar story?
And for the record, the top part of my bag near the zipper has few scratches which according to the manager - can come from nails while opening it and not totally on the zipper. They can send it for repairs if I wanted , but with a fee.
