Quick update I promised on my random Coach purchase and the vachetta handle for my Noe BB I have been waiting on for over a month... The Coach cutie is the ‘Tabby Charm’ its £75, I think thats a reasonable price, wrapped incredibly! Every individual piece was protected with foam! It can be used as a card holder or for coins etc. I am returning this one as the front ‘pocket’ is wrinkly and they look like they are meant to be smooth from pictures / reviews I have seen.
The vachetta handle for Mcraft is great quality, feels really nice and the stitching is comparable with LV. I compared the vachetta against my PA vachetta strap that is unused and the Mcraft vachetta is slightly pinkier? But I am happy with this buy, kind of want to try the vachetta ‘guitar’ strap from them but will probably wait until the international postage settles a little while...

Will do! I also bought the monogram macassar pocket organizer (has a black leather trim on the binding), which I've paid for but they've ordered it in as they didn't have it in store. I'm umming and arring about it, thinking if i really 'neeeeed' this item lol. What are peoples thoughts?Thanks for the comprehensive update! @Roz2019 also told me the reverse cardholder is perm, so I’ll wait and buy online.

So I returned a Pochette Metis last week as the front of the flap wasn’t smooth, it was quite rippled, plus the rings to attach strap were not symmetrical on both sides so bag hung slightly tilted. Anyway, I ordered another one which arrived today the bag itself is ok, but I’m not super impressed with the glazing on the strap! There are like rough bubbles along both sides. Am I being too picky?
Do any of you know if they would just replace the strap?
I’m worried about returning a second one and re-ordering as I’m not sure how many times they’ll allow it! I’m also surprised at how often I’m finding it available!
I also managed to get a key pouch which I’d been trying to get for ages

That’s definitely a no no! The glazing left like this is likely to get worse!
If you can’t get to a store to exchange the strap. Maybe call CS and email them pics and see what they can do.
Likely they’ll say to reorder, but at least it won’t count against your account as it will be noted why you’re ordering a third bag! It worked for me ordering my third wallet, after not being happy with the first two!

The vachetta strap looks great too, i reckon it's pinkier because it's starting to patina? I always find my vachetta turns a bit pink for a while before honeying

glad it’s not only me then. I just don’t know how picky to be, last week CS told me as they are hand finished pieces they won’t be 100% perfect, which I understand, but I can just imagine like this it’s easier for a ring or something to rub one of these bubbles and cause it to peel! Thanks again

ok so two of you agree it’s not cool, that gives me peace of mind that I can complain again!Yes that’s what I think especially on the strap which is the most touched part, with rings rubbing or just rubbing over the shoulder it’s likely to get worse!
I’m definitely going to give them a call tomorrow and see what they can do!

Definitely either go in store to exchange or call CS, but as others have said, it's likely they will ask you to reorder as they can't replace parts only.

I was shown this in store today, the blue and orange ones (very tempting) and I chose the small ring agenda cover in mono instead cos i normally carry a small notebook and I like it has the press stud closure. As long as you like it and will use it as an essential item then get it. What else have you got beside that?
