I am super happy and I feel content right now. Which hasn‘t happened before. Which hasn‘t happened since I started buying those crazy expensive bags. Don‘t get me wrong: I will keep buying for sure!
But I deleted my wishlist and unsubscribed from many youtube channels. I deleted the short cuts to the LV/Chanel homepages but not the one for the purseforum!!! I‘ll definitely stick around you awesome girls!
I am at purse peace at the moment. I plan to have fun with what I have and don‘t buy any bag for the next 6 months (SLGs and accessories excluded)
I am back to saving up and will not purchase a bag until next year (or at least wait for Christmas).

I'm on a self imposed ban as well... too many small LV items in quick succession - my bank account feels the burn..
As long as you have registered an online account, anyone can book an appointment selecting the date and time of the available slots. Certain boutiques are very busy and the next available slot could be the end of month. I have bought some items online already the last 2 months of lockdown so now not many to get except 2 slgs and maybe a silk scarf if any. I am aware that SA has their daily or weekly targets to achieve and I am not sure if htf slg is included in their targets. As a customer, although this is not our concern however I don’t want them thinking I have wasted their precious appointment slots not being a big spender, if you get what I mean. So I am kind of hesitate whether to go for the tomorrow appointment or not and reluctant calling the SA (whom I don’t know) has sent an routine email confirming the appointment.Appointment is optional. However I think the fact that you have the ability to make an appointment it maybe easier to get htf items, not all, but hopefully some. There could be a slight feeling of needing to buy, but you would have to pay upfront for the htf items anyway!
Why not call and see if you can speak with an SA first. I believe @becca22 spoke with an SA prior to making an appointment. I believe she is going to Westfield tomorrow. I'm making the presumption you're in the UK.

After reading your response made me feeling better and thank youI’d think you shouldn’t be put off because you’re worried about the SA’s time. Remember you are the customer and the SA’s job is to assist customers! Maybe have the discussion first regarding the htf items so you’re not wasting your time rather than theirs!
Hi ladies, I opened my PSM today and was very underwhelmed and do not like the bag as much as I thought i would. I also found a fews issues which I’m not 100% happy with, so I have decided to return it. Should I contact CS with pictures beforehand, and ask for this item not be included in my annual purchase limit, or do they automatically exclude faulty items?
I sent CS pics of my Victorine wallet faults so that new orders of the wallet wouldn’t be counted against me. I ended up ordering 3 until I got one I was happy with which has been noted on my account. In terms of general returns, I’m not sure if they count towards the personal limit.

I unboxed the PM in reverse at the same time and I was grinning like a Cheshire Cat, but my excitement was gone when i opened the psm.What’s wrong with the PSM? If it’s the dents at the bottom these will go with wear. You could also stuff the bag to smooth them out. Works for me where I’ve had these on my canvas pieces!

Hi, so i booked an appointment as I thought we weren’t allowed to go without booking, but this isn’t the case. When the SA rang me I asked her if it was possible for me to go earlier than my appointments and she said that there will likely be a queue to go into the store and be a long wait, so best to keep the appointment. ANyway she rang me to ask if there was anything specific I wanted and she would try to hold them for me. I told her I actually had a fault with my item which needed repair or an exchange and she was totally fine with that. She initially thought I needed my pochette accessoire fixing (I guess because it was my most recent purchase) and she said that since it’s a htf item it may be difficult to give me a new one. But I told her it was the empreinte key pouch and she said it was likely they have that in stock. I think they have good stock as they have been preparing for this ‘comeback’ for a while. I will let you all know!Just wondering that being first day opening in boutique, is it likely they will have the htf items available such as mini pa or the reverse cardholder etc? Last week and more, not been seeing any of them ATB online. Also now that visiting the boutique has to be by appointment only, will you be feeling conscious that you are expecting to buy something and then feeling awkward not to or maybe just getting a small item such as mini pa? Cos before I could just casually walk in and browsing around without getting anythng.
