U.K.! I’m based near London but my SA is actually based in a different city in the U.K. (Leeds). As some others have said London stores get way too busy and packed and it’s difficult in that regard - HTF items fly off the shelves. I grew up near Leeds so hence why my SA is there. She sends me photos of items she gets and is more than happy to ship them to me.
Somewhere in Forum would have been discussed about my Qs, but could you tell me how many items (bags/purses/SLG) are allowed to be ordered online n bought in store? Per year, per mo or per quarter?
I just started to use my name n order LV bags as I got them as gifts before.
In the last 4 weeks, I already ordered 1x in store n 2 online (will return 1 next week).

im new to buying designer, is there a reason why they limit the amount of items you can purchase in a year? Is it due to the fact that people like to buy and resell for higher prices?
They limit the amount you can buy each item or similar items because of the fact that some people buy to resell. I’m not sure why they have the max 12 per year though.

Would they warn you before being banned? And what does too much mean?
I can’t imagine someone going to the store (n it’s involved standing in a long q) many many times n on purpose and then gotta come back for returns.
Or same ordering online as the UPS needs your signature and you gotta be home (almost) the whole day in order to receive your order.
BTW how they track the purchase one has if it’s done in store b online at the same time? Through the creditcards?
Bec the SA at my local store doesn’t find my data I‘ve put online.
Does each LV customer (buyer) have a clientnummer? I didn’t see any either on my receipt from store nor on my online order. Or did I miss something?

They don’t warn you. But you might end up getting all your orders cancelled if you get banned and try to order from the banned account. I don’t know how many times but let’s say you’ve made 10 orders in which you returned 9. Then you might have to be careful. I’ve read that if you get banned you can’t just make a new account since they have hold of your name and address. So the whole address will get banned too (read it on another thread in here but have no idea otherwise).
When I buy in store I give them my mail or number which is linked to my details. This way the receipt is stored in their system. So in case you ever lose your receipt it’s easy for them to find it again.

Can’t remember where I found the thread but someone in here tried to order it to her husband (same household, different card and name) but it still got declined.I’m apparently banned for 6 months from buying pochettes and lv didn’t let me go through with a pm mono order yesterday. I’m not sure if it’s because of lv or because my card might have blocked all transactions to lv (they block unusual behavior and I must say I’ve shopped a lot this month with a Chanel buy and four lv orders in a row
