I know who Lisa is now and the dark blonde haired lady was probably Sarah? She usually hangs out with the Mahinas, SCs and Antheias.

Yeah that's the one. I was playing with the Rhapsodies on the bags corner (not the Mahina corner), and I saw her in both areas. Yes, we might have seen each other. Unfortuantley I was not to be seen that day walking out with the brown bag!

I personally love the Chadstone store, Michael the SA there is lovely. If your are up that way pay him a visit he will make you feel pampered.

I agree castlereigh st store in Sydney- I had a horrible experience at The Rocks store where the SAs just ignored when i gave constant eye contact to any SA i could cos i needed some customer service...
tables were turned when i visited castlereigh st store and YES vincenzo was my SA when i went in to exchange my sunset to bellevue and he really is quite awesome and very nice indeed..
I condemn returning to The Rocks store, though the manager there was rather nice (only nice sa i encountered there) and he got along well with my mum though im guessing they're like around same age and cos both from same background

No, Lisa has dark hair that she normally ties up. I was helped (browsing only) by someone very helpful with blonde shoulder-length hair on the weekend though.

I love Lisa, she is so nice and fun to talk to. Sarah is the one with Blonde hair and yes she is mostly around the Mahinas. she is also nice and sold me my first LV

I've gotten a box with everything I've bought and I haven't had to ask for one in Australia.

You usually have to ask l have found that once l have gotten to know my SA she will ask me - she said alot of people stuggle to store them and dont want them (they are pretty big)

I have always been given a box when I have purchased in Australia. Even when I placed a phone order with customer service for my Neverfull, it came in an LV box.

It depends on the SA. They'd most likely give you one if you ask.

I've bought over the phone, as well as in store in both Melbourne and Sydney and have only ever received boxes for small items such as wallets or luggage tags, (and shoes of course). now reading these posts, I must say I'm feeling a little ripped off! (not that i'd have appreciated the extra room the boxes would have taken up in my luggage of course, but that's not the point lol).

Im here in sydney and when i bought my bellevue the SA kindly asked me if i would like a box.. when i didn't hesitate to say yes because If im going to shop at LV i might as well get a box for the sake of it- like u had mentioned and the SA warned me if i would like a box it will become rather large- also like u had mentioned when u got urs. I think that's why they normally don't give it. I think the SA thought it was a gift from my mother to me so he was really nice about the whole purchase so prob thought packaging in a box for me would be nice. To add to it, he also gave me an LV card lol.
I was wondering why he was so nice- then it hit me that he thought it was a special occasion for me rofl
To add to it, after they packaged it in a box and put it in the shopping bag- the overall bag was HUMUNGOUS and relly realyyyyyy hard to carry. lol lol- everyone starred at my bag when they walked past.

i was always offered a box for my LV's. even small accessories or wallets- small boxes offered of course..

i bought 3 bags from LV in Gold Coast and Brisbane City, I was always offered a box...they are great quality boxes as I can use them to stock and categorise my stockings and socks and also skincare

i got my speedy 30 on friday & i got a box! i had to ask them for it and when asked the SA said she was a little hesitant at first but in the end i got the box!
