Mine looks like yours.Mines not as bad as @Lvoe1238 but you can tell it’s starting.. one side has two line that starting and the other side just one.. if you noticed they are in the same spot as hers.

What did you get?!Update: Quality report came back that it is deemed defective and I have to exchange for something totally different otherwise they will not replaced for a second time…I just exchanged it. I went to LV with mine & the manager refused to listen to me. She said it isn’t a defect & that canvas is meant to bend. Wait, what?! She obviously doesn’t know how much knowledge I have regarding LV. Anyway, she told me nothing could be done, which made me angry.

Try the online care service on the app or a different store..

Honestly, this is what I was expecting them to say. I will try to use mine more within this first year so that if it actually cracks, I can try to get it replaced…She basically told me I had to wait for it to crack before anything could be assessed.
