Thxs for the responses. I went to try the highrise on and it looks nice. Smaller than I thought. I asked the SA about cracking and she said it shouldn’t be a problem but I should moisturize the canvas once every 5 years.
I have quite a bit of monogram items in my collection and I was never told to moisturize the canvas. Only the leather purses.
I will say that the strap is shorter than I imagined (I’m 5’1) and the beautiful white interior scares me.
Still thinking about pulling the trigger.

Good question. I’ve never heard this advice before. I should have asked. Maybe someone else can chime in. I have lots of pieces but I only moisture the Leather LV the Cadillac cleaner.

I use Apple conditioner on leather, but wouldn’t think anything would absorb in canvas due to the coating lol.

Thank you! ohhh no… The store took pics and then they had me to text them my own pics and videos to them as well and then they sent them to the repair department for a response.

Try the online care service on the app or a different store..

It’s not acceptable to me (cracking is not acceptable)

Update. My SA never replied to me so I went the LV app route and they are exchanging. Sad to see the bag go but I think im done with canvas after this fiasco.
