Crazy how different stores handle things. They said I could keep it but they were offering a one time courtesy exchange and if I walked out with it they wouldn’t honor in the future. The SA was super nice and even the repair specialist said they recommend a different bag and not to replace with another high rise 😕 I keep thinking about rolling the dice and getting another…
My otg is the mono so more casual with the white strap. Just not secure with open top….

Did they allow you store credit for a later date? I wanted that so I had time to think on it but was told I had to exchange for a different item the same day. I ended up with On-The-Go pm which I like but was definitely not looking to get.

very strange…I miss the high rise too, I wonder if the new batches are better.. I think the new batches are made in other countries now besides USA..

I am so excited! I just got mine as an impulse buy after a long week of jury duty lol. I stopped in the LV store and asked if they had any in. I have yet to see this bag in person. My SA brought it out and I fell in love at first site. The quickest I ever bought a bag lol. Also, mine is made in Italy which I thought was cool. I inspected it and it's perfect. I know there were a lot of issues when it was first released. So I am a very happy camper right now!

Can I see the leather side tabs of people who have owned there HR a while? The spot where the D-Rings attach to the strap. I think mine is cracking on the leather. Not the canvas. May also be a scratch. Would love to see yours to compare. Thank you in advance!!

Well… I went to look at the Rush bumbag and left with another high rise 🤷🏼‍♀️ I was told they have not seen issues other than one or two and I still missed it. Bought 3 other bags trying to find a replacement in the meantime lol. I did order an organizer in hopes that it won’t crease at the zipper like last time and I am going to be sure not to let it get too low that’s it folds, wearing more across chest. Fingers crossed this one works out!

Do you find the organizer insert reduces much of the interior space? I only carry a slim wallet, a Coach pouch for lipbalm and tissues, and a key pouch and I already find it a tight fit.
