I had the denim one and returned too cuz the Drings were so gigantic that u could not use any other strap. Also on shortest setting was way too big (& I’m tall)

That’s crazy….so sorry to hear this… Of course they will tell you not to believe everything on social media or any forums.. I guess it will have to get worse before they will do anything.

That’s so strange. I was told they weren’t surprised when I showed the store mine and that I was the second one in a week or two that had an issue. I was hoping to get the denim but they couldn’t locate one. I went back after missing a bumbag and got the discovery in leather. I still miss the high rise though.

Did they allow you store credit for a later date? I wanted that so I had time to think on it but was told I had to exchange for a different item the same day. I ended up with On-The-Go pm which I like but was definitely not looking to get.

They sent me home with the same bag I brought in, but it was in worse condition from the way it was stored. I’m not nitpicking - it disappointed me. No exchange or store credit or anything. It really was a waste of my time 😔 I have the OTG PM Empreinte & don’t use it often because I’m more casual. It’s my classy bag 🫶🏼
