I’ve just been waiting for this to start happening. I see no way that it wouldn’t if the bag is getting used with frequency. Really poor design

I thought it was just me. I love mines too and noticed it as well. Same spot on both sides…such a disappointment.. I guess it’s time to contact my CA or online repair..

this is terrible! I’m so sorry. I got mine not too long ago and after using it one time, I’m afraid. There are creases already…

I wonder why with both the OG bumbag and HighRise design they didnt just get rid of those canvas “tabs” that bend and replace them with leather?

I kindve wish they wouldve kept the OG and just fixed the problem areas.

I am worried also, they've submitted pictures. I hope they help me out because the bag is only six months old. I also treat my bags really well I don't get them wet. I lay them flat the dust bag at night. 🤞🏻🤞🏻🤞🏻🤞🏻🤞🏻

Same! I went to the store and I also made an appointment on the app for care services. The nashville store took pic and care services had me to send them pics. Care services now wants me to send my High Rise to them for an assessment. I am going to see if the store calls by the end of the week before sending it to care services. It’s such a beautiful piece.

Mines not as bad as @Lvoe1238 but you can tell it’s starting.. one side has two line that starting and the other side just one.. if you noticed they are in the same spot as hers.

I have the OG and love it. I don't have any cracking or bending issues. This new one seems to have a lot of issues, a lot sooner.
