Hello - I live in CT part of the year and while my mom/family is/are very established H customer(s), I have always run into a boutique and run out quickly however unless I link myself to family...on my own I was lucky to get a click H in 30min or less! The rest of the time they look at me like I'm an alien.
Once in CT I boldly stepped into the Greenwich boutique and to my surprise, Robin from NYC now manages it and my lovely SA is Jenni. I have been offered lovely rare b's/k's and crocs (lindy/toolbox) and every other item I requested Jenni has had waiting or shipped to me upon request. Unfortunately I probably have by now most bags I will ever need it seems, except maybe the toolbox or a new etoupe as mine have worn over time...anyway - Robin and Jenni are wonderful and the boutique is actually staffed with very down to earth and lovely folks, unlike the incredible arrogance I've experienced elsewhere. My family actually has an account with H and if I wanted to rely on my formal name, I could, but I enjoy not doing so and I do love really finding out who is genuinely friendly and helpful as those relationships are a great experience. Hope this helps - but I would wander into Greenwich and ask for Jenni or Robin and tell them the lady from St. Barts sent you
I am delighted to see your post. I have read that the Wall Street location is friendly. But being a suburbanite, the thought of driving to and parking in the city dampens my enthusiasm of venturing out that way. I would prefer driving out to CT if the services are equivalent. Would you mind if I use you as a reference too?
