hello all - I live in Chicago and I have been trying to surprise the wife with a 35mm birkin before May.I was wondering if anyone is willing to share their SA at the Chicago store. I was hoping your VIP shopper status could help me get in the front of the queue :) as I have been waiting for several months now.

Hello, Hermès lovers. I've just moved to NYC and would like to know if there is any SA you would recommend. A couple of years ago, I managed to buy a 32 Kelly and a Jige at the Madison Store as a walk in, but unfortunarely I don't remember the SA's name. Now I'm planning to buy an Evelyn, maybe a Berline and kelly pochette or kelly cut (not kellys or birkins this time). I'll be here for 4 months, I hope it's enough time to build a relationship with an SA. Thank you so much in advance.

Perhaps Madison could look up your purchase history and tell you which SA you worked with. That way, you wouldn't be starting a relationship from scratch.

In Miami, Michael is the best!! My old SA left a store in September and Michael is my new one. This SA is my miracle worker! He calls me every time when they get a shipping to let me know what they got in case if some of my GFs want something. Highly recommend him. If he said he will call you, for sure he will.

Naples is a resort town and it's currently "season." There's a wonderful zoo if you wanted to take your twins and make a day of it! The drive isn't terrible, all interstate. Good luck!

@betterthanshoes, thank you so much for your advice. We didn't have a chance to visit Naples on this trip but will do so when we go down to Florida again early this summer.

Hello - I live in CT part of the year and while my mom/family is/are very established H customer(s), I have always run into a boutique and run out quickly however unless I link myself to family...on my own I was lucky to get a click H in 30min or less! The rest of the time they look at me like I'm an alien.

Once in CT I boldly stepped into the Greenwich boutique and to my surprise, Robin from NYC now manages it and my lovely SA is Jenni. I have been offered lovely rare b's/k's and crocs (lindy/toolbox) and every other item I requested Jenni has had waiting or shipped to me upon request. Unfortunately I probably have by now most bags I will ever need it seems, except maybe the toolbox or a new etoupe as mine have worn over time...anyway - Robin and Jenni are wonderful and the boutique is actually staffed with very down to earth and lovely folks, unlike the incredible arrogance I've experienced elsewhere. My family actually has an account with H and if I wanted to rely on my formal name, I could, but I enjoy not doing so and I do love really finding out who is genuinely friendly and helpful as those relationships are a great experience. Hope this helps - but I would wander into Greenwich and ask for Jenni or Robin and tell them the lady from St. Barts sent you :smile1:
