Could someone recommend an SA in NYC madision or Wall Street? I'll be visiting NY in a few weeks and would like to work with an SA to build relationships. Thank you so much ladies!!!

Greg in the Madison store is very nice and has helped me a couple of times. All the people in the bag section are pleasant but he's my favorite.

Thank you so much jyyanks:))) Would you recommend calling him before hand (a week or so) and letting him know the items that I am interested? He may be able to set aside a few things for me? I would definitely look for him when I am there:))

Just had a great experience with Laura at Sloane Street London last weekend, while she didn't quite produce a Kelly/Constance/Roulis/Birkin she was very helpful and is actually a very good salesperson - honest with her opinions and makes good recommendations.
I mentioned that I saw a particular colour online on hermes.com and she pulled out the leather bible for me to take a look to decide if I wanted to get the bag online.
Also Diego at Heathrow T3 where I scored a Roulis. :)

Met a lovely new SA at the Toronto Bloor location yesterday. Her name is Vanessa and she was incredibly sweet and helpful. I will also continue to sing the praises of Shirley. I love her so much. :hbeat:

Oh I'm sorry! I just saw this post. I hope I'm not too late. I've never called him, I've just shown up. I'll be honest, all the people I've encountered downstairs have been friendly and I think if you come at the right time, you can get your bag. If you do a search, you'll see people who have had amazing luck getting B's and K's as walk ins at the Madison Store!

I actually don't have a dedicated SA because I never thought I'd be an H addict. It started with one scarf and then went downhill and I've bought from so many different SA's (I know! I know!) I only know Greg's name because he is the one that has helped me the most in the bag section (aside from the lady at the spa). I always forget to ask for their cards. Good Luck!

tannfran, thanks for letting me know. Hopefully, it's not too far for you to the next nearest store. I'm heading to Miami next month and hope I'll have a good experience there and some good luck (will be my first time visiting H Miami store). Fingers crossed. :smile1:
