At the Las Vegas boutique, I shop with Vanda. She is very sweet and her kindness is much appreciated. She was very accommodating and not pushy at all. Definitely keeps me shopping at the Crystals Hermes boutique instead of making my purchases elsewhere.

But alas, I don't live in Las Vegas, which makes impulse buys difficult to make from her.

In Toronto, I shop with Christina. She certainly listens to the items that you want. I was in the store with a friend a couple of weeks back and mentioned that I'd like to get an etoupe GP and this morning, I got a call from her letting me know she has one with my name written on it!

I love love Herb in the Charlotte store. Very down to earth, no attitude,unlike some stores I've been to, and just always wiling to help you in anyway possible. Also there is a girl there that is very sweet too. She has dark hair in her 20's. The name escapes me but I'll give an update as soon as I go back to Charotte.

I'm going to Tampa, Florida at the end of this month and will have a couple of free days before catching a cruise. DH has agreed to drive me to the nearest H which from the H store directory are in Naples and Palm Beach. I found from older posts 2 SA names, Kara and Arnaldo, for the Naples store I'm not sure if they're still there. If anyone could recommend a nice SA/SM that will take walk-ins at both locations, I'd greatly appreciate it. I plan to call a few days before our arrival to inquire what they have in inventory (I'm looking for HG K, toolbox, a watch, some scarves and shawls) before committing to 2-3 hours drive there (we have twin toddlers so want to be sure the drive won't be in vain). TIA!

Went to Tyson's H for the first time the other day and found them to be somewhat friendly, but not as friendly as KOP (smaller store though). The SA I worked with admitted to being somewhat new and wanting to build her customer base. She wrote down my B/K wishlist, so we'll see if she comes through with any goodies for me. I also asked for a rodeo charm, and she said she'd try her best since she knows for a fact that they are expecting some, but most have been spoken for already.

The Naples store is wonderful. It's privately owned and I've always received great service although the name of any particular SA currently escapes me (I've only purchased bracelets, fragrances, scarves, etc. Bags are out of my budget for now :)) I think you'll enjoy Waterside, the shopping mall the Hermes is in.

Naples is a resort town and it's currently "season." There's a wonderful zoo if you wanted to take your twins and make a day of it! The drive isn't terrible, all interstate. Good luck!

I like Susan although my relationship with her is still very new, so I'm not sure how good/willing she is to track down coveted items for newbies. She did offer me an exotic Kelly wallet and constance wallet on my first visit though, so I'm hopeful she'll keep me in mind for other goodies.

I would recommend Mary in KoP. I guess she is a new SA and trying to get a loyal costumer. I was there during my winter holiday, and she offered me exotics right away.
