I want to mention some lovely SAs who have helped me with my purchases
A wonderful older gentleman in Milan helped me with all the presents I had to get. He was VERY nice and helpful, and very enthusiastic, and sweet. He gave me tons of suggestions and stories, and got me all the things I needed. Very nice gentleman. To me he is the perfect Hermes Sale person.
Another absolutely wonderful lady was in Vienna. She was a very young Asian lady, do not remember her name. She helped me with my purchases, and was sooooo nice and polite, and graceful, like a dancer, I enjoyed her help a lot.
There was another SA in Vienna, I did not like, I think she was Russian, bcs she has too much make up on. She was rude to me, when I asked her to help me, and just walked away from me. I was so upset, I had to leave the store... But I wanted to buy something so I came back in 2 hours and met this beautiful young Asian lady.
And also a SA in Vienna H store was very nice, and helped me lastly with some shawls and scarves I bought waiting for my flight. She was a nice lady, very knswledgable, and intuitive with my needs. Don't you just love this?
When you say "I want my shawl to be ...." and she already has it for you. No idea how she does it

i am not sure if madison has en email address since they are so big with so many employees. your best bet would be to call them.
