Thanks for the heads up! I missed the deadline for my mom's birthday & settled for an LV instead... Maybe I'll start planning for her 75th birthday! All very good info to know about the Boston store! Thanks again for your help!

Hi I agree, Boston store all the SA are so nice, feel so warm welcome.

I just want to take a moment to say what a wonderful experience I had with a SA named Gladys at the Dallas, Texas boutique. If anyone is ever in that area please ask for her. I would never go out of my way to write a post like this, but sometimes SA's aren't so willing to share simple information like the measurement of a bag, or the difference between 2 leathers, or the name of a certain clutch. The SA's are usually very busy and don't take the time to explain things because Hermes is in such high demand, and if you don't buy something, the next person will. Gladys spent a very long time with me describing basic features of 2 different bags, and was very, very knowledgeable, professional and sweet. I feel awful I didn't buy anything from her, but one day when I fly to Dallas I certainly will:D;)

Ladies, taking inspiration from the "Rude SAs" threads, and as suggested by a few TPFers, it sounded like a good idea to start a thread praising some of the lovely SAs we meet in our quest for the perfect H.

I'll start with London:
Sloane Street - Vivienne
Harrods - Sandra

Both are adorable and genuinely helpful. They take down my wishlist, be it a simple silk scarf or a bag, and call me whenever something I like is in. Love them!

MOD NOTE: Please give first names only please :flowers:

Hi a: I wonder did you buy a lot from them to get the attentions? I was told by a friend that i have to spend a lot anyway before asking a Birkin/Kelly:( is it true?

There are a lot of threads on this ... please have a look and post in one of those, as this is just for particular sales people people liked working with, and recommend. Thanks!

Hermes, Rue de sevres Paris. (beautiful store; must go.) All SA in purse area were very friendly and accommodating, but I worked with Basile. I cannot recommend him highly enough; he is a sweetheart. He found my jige elan in kiwi!!
