Worked with Katia at H San Diego...just lovely. Sweet as can be. Another SA also helped wrap up my purchase...don't know her name but was also lovely. Very nice store. Started to rain and they gave me a big H bag to put my (own) B in to keep it from getting drenched. Highly recommended!

I have been working with Annemarie for few months, she is very nice. I think generally it is hard to get any good bags in Hermes Boston since it has one of the lowest stocks in the country. You should go try NYC, they have much more good stuffs, but the salespersons are not so nice as the ones in Boston.

Joseph at Hermes Boston. Very helpful, went out of his way to research into what I was looking for, and considerate when communicating with me (phone, email, in person).
