Yup, she's no longer there. I'm sure she is pursuing better opportunities. I have a regular SA in my local country who left Hermes for Harry Winston. Sometimes, they have to move on to get a better role and pay, given their years of expertise and talent in customer service. I hope new replacements in any H boutiques will work as hard.
Sheryl from H in San Diego is an absolute doll! She is super nice and works very hard to make me happy and other customers as well...she works Monday-Friday. Robbie is also very sweet as well
Hello! I sincerely apologize if this is posted incorrectly - please let me know! My question is that I will be visiting Paris for the first time ever in a few weeks and I am just wondering how to approach any of the SAs mentioned here? I do not speak French but I have purchased items from both Madison & Wall St and from H.com. Does anyone have suggestions for this? Thank you so much! I appreciate the shared knowledge offered here very much and again, I apologize if I have posted incorrectly.

So in Boston it's Anne Marie & Kelsey? I visited the Boston store yesterday & was put on the waitlist for a Birkin by Daphne... she was ok... didn't seem overwhelmingly helpful.

Does anyone shop at the H in Charlotte? I used to use Darrah and now that she's gone, one SA wouldn't let me purchase over the phone

Did you speak with Jason Miller in the Charlotte store? I started working with him at Darra's recommendation and introduction when she left. HTH!
