Irina at the Vancouver store is amazing. She's very friendly, approachable and has a genuine enthusiasm for H products. I cannot recommend her enough!

Update Hermes Denver...all SA are fabulous! I worked with John but other SA (Cyndie) complimented me on my graphite jpg Birkin. Very fabulous, great experience.

In response to JadeCrystal's thread, I have just returned from 24 FSH and can really recommend Gail from the belt department, she has dark curly hair and if is perfect if you don't speak French as she is British.
