I want to second Anne Marie in Boston. She is lovely. Also, at FSH, while not a salesperson, the Mandarin speaking cashier was entirely sweet and helped me with a purchase when the SAs were "busy."

There is a thread for lovely SAs and Rude SAs, but can anyone help me start a thread about Rude clients? is that ok? my account is pretty fresh so i cant start my own thread yet . anyways, its unbelievabke how rude some clients can be to SAs. I am not one of them but the other day while I was at an H store, another customer tried to hijack my SA! and even the bag i was looking at?! how rude.

didn't mean to hijack the threAd, but im just wondering if someone can share their experience or what they have seen! and maybe we can learn a little somwthing about ethics and how to be a little nicer to our SAs

I've been going to the Virginia store for 20 years. I go to Keith primarily. But all the SAs are top notch. Trina is the store manager and she is great too.
