Lovely H SAs around the world

If you don't want to wait, then you should go the reseller route. The SF boutique is my "home" boutique - I have seen one, maybe 2 Birkins on the shelf there in 20 years. Between the large local following and the huge number of tourists coming through, it is very difficult for them to keep much stock. It is my understanding that they can't do transactions for Birkins or Kellys over the phone and they are not supposed to em customers/clients any longer, either. If you want a B or K, you need to establish a relationship with a particular SA and it doesn't sound like you are so inclined. Check the threads for reliable resellers and you can do an online transaction and get your bag without the wait!

Hello!
I am new to this forum, and am looking to purchase a Hermes Birkin 30 (or 35, haven't decided!). Does anyone know of any SAs in San Francisco or NYC? Their contact #s or emails?
I am hoping to get my hands on one from a store without having to wait or order.

Thank you!

I agree with Luvbolide.

Your chance of scoring a B at SF is nearly zero. My SA told me that they are not allowed to sell you B/K/C if you are not local. Try your luck at NYC, my friend got one earlier this year from Madison store with a purchase of Diamond H hour watch. If your intent is to get a b without other purchases is basically zero.

Dear wenmei82, do you happen to remember which department he works for? Based on the last name, I assume he is Asian? The reason I ask is because I've heard of not-so-nice treatment to Asian customers at some high-end shopping places in Europe, so I would rather deal with Asian SA to avoid all the headache.
Thank you in advance!

The Pierre I know is in handbags. I have experienced the opposite. I am Asian, and have gotten the best treatment in Paris by French SA's, particularly male ones. ;)

Thank you! That's always great to hear that you are treated well. What a pity he's not in the silk department though.
On a side note, I also prefer male SAs, feel like they are nicer and straight to business.

I agree with you about male sa's! I had the best treatment from just walking in one day to H store to see about a bracelet for my sister and Michael, he was over the top! There was an asian lady sa there who barely smiled, much less acknowledged me, when I walked in. I wasn't planning on purchasing anything but I ended up making some small purchases and he gave me several brochures and several perfume samples to take with me! I (or my DH:graucho: ) think if I do ever make future purchases, I will call on him for sure! I was impressed!!! I just hope I havent jinxed myself!!:p

Hi! I'm new to this site (this is only my 2nd posting!), but just wanted to chime in and say that John and Cecilia in the Denver Hermes boutique are really lovely, as well as MacKenzie. They are totally free of attitude, fun, and will happily ship items out to you. I live in Kansas, 5 hrs away from the store (Denver is the closest H boutique to me) and Cecilia will call me when she gets things in that she thinks I might like. Tell them Matt in Kansas sent you! lol

I'm from New York and today I finally made the decision to call 6-7 Hermes boutiques in the greater New York area including CT and PA about the availability of a Birkin...

Most of the time I got a definite answer that they don't have any in their store. But two of them told me that was something that they couldn't discuss over the phone. Is this response something that I could be hopeful about? And any SA in Wall Street boutique that I should ask for?

Thank you so much~~~
