So glad I found this thread as I'm looking for another strap for my Kelly watch. I called the boutique in Bellevue Washington, not very helpful, said would search and call me back...never did

Biscuiterie-- Cathy has been helpful to me in the past, however, you must note that Hong Kong (Central) is notoriously short on stock and customer service. At any given time, you'll see loads of tourists vying for the attention of SAs. My experience with Cathy has been positive, as at the time I was searching for something that was not in stock and she took notes. When it finally came in, she called and left me a message. If you are patient then it would make sense (just my two cents worth of input).

I hope I'm not way off topic but can anyone please suggest a helpful SA in Hong Kong?

Thanks, BebeG922, I find it kinda daunting in Hong Kong since there so many, uncountable VVIPs locally and not to mention from mainland that some customers (moi included) seem like small potatoes even after throwing HKD300,000 on non-bag items...
oh, and I got a feeling that anything that is not taken by VVIPs may be sold to resellers who have infested the island

Sorry to hear about your experience at Bellevue. I visited that store for the first time last week, while I find my SA polite, I only ended up leaving with an item with my long shopping list. Many things were for "special customers" only. After speaking to a couple of helpful ladies here, they explained to me that the store caters mostly to locals and regulars. I just have to visit more often. Hope you hear back from them soon.

I think the SA's are no longer allowed to text or email clients. That's what I read.

Thank you! That's always great to hear that you are treated well. What a pity he's not in the silk department though.
On a side note, I also prefer male SAs, feel like they are nicer and straight to business.
