Ooookay, got mine back. First the screws are really different and it feels when you lock them. Time will tell if Cartier finally got it right.

What I am confused about is that my RG now has a different color than my other RG Loves which in turn look RG. Strange

What do you mean? You think the color has changed after you got it back? Can you please post a photo? Thanks

Has anyone found out what the requirement is for getting the enhancement? I shipped mine to Cartier a month ago because the screws were coming loose every 2-3 days despite being less than a month old. (It started happening a week after I got it and I told my SA right away. So after a few weeks he suggested I mail it in since I live a few hours away and can’t drop it off). Yesterday I got an email that I will get my bracelet back by Tuesday and that they added the enhancement to the bracelet which will keep the screws from coming unscrewed while wearing. They said I may notice a slight clicking sound and feeling while putting the bracelet on and that this is completely normal. They also said the enhancement is shaped like a sprocket and that feeling/sound is the piece locking itself into place.

Assuming you are referring to your RG Rainbow Love bracelet, could it be that they did a "shine treatment" on it? Thus, restoring the rose hue of the Love? It looks that way to me. Do you notice less scratches also? It seems they buffed out some of the scratches so the RG is shinier and more apparent now.

Yep, this is what they said. And they claimed the color is the same it just looks different because there are less scratches. However I feel the color *is* different.

I recently had a PG rainbow Love returned from getting new screws/threads (I did not get the new locking system) and though I did not ask for it to be polished, I’m sure that it was because it returned looking much more pink than before.

I would think on the reg Loves this is not of any intended preference as long as the bracelets are tight and do not come off. Cannot even remember their prior position.
