Finally got approved to order... so much pushing to make it through... =)
Just followed up with my SA after not hearing from him after the official launch date. I figured I'd give him some time to work on my order. He said he tried but he wasn't able to get me anything on my list. I only wanted the red card holder and the luggage tags for the hubby. I'm wondering if maybe it's because my SA is at an LV in Macy's and not a standalone boutique? I've purchased 3 bags and some SLGs since the year began so I do have a purchase history and I am loyal to him. Any suggestions on what my next step should be?
Go to a LV boutique? Good luck. I went to a LV boutique too and myself couldn't get anything...

I just received a confirmation email from LV that the 4 items I wanted were be prepared for shipping.
I have been a LV customer for 9 years and my lovely SA advised me last week that LV would call me to confirm my order and let me know what was available.
Today I received a text from LV that I would receive a phone call within 30 minutes to confirm any Supreme items I had requested through my SA some time ago.
25 minutes later LV call centre called me to say that the camo kerpall and Danube PM in red were available for me as well as sneakers in size 11.
I did not want the sneakers but asked whether I could still get the t shirt and Arc supreme sweatshirt. She checked and said they were available in my sizes.
So I was able to secure those 4 items today and I received the invoice from LV this afternoon

Question: did you get a tracking number after receiving your confirmation email? If not, how soon after the email were your items delivered?
