been on a pre-order since february, kept my SA in the loop for updates, went to that messy LV pop up in LA and lost a day+night there, got my SA asking me for my infos, being regular LV customers + supreme fan. How not to feel not salty about it? and seeing that those who ordered once got asked if they wanted to re-order? SMH! I only asked for 4 items... Congrats for those who cooked though. Pretty sure i will forever give up on LV brand if i'm not considered on this collab.

i think it's on your SA to follow up with that february order. i think it's fair to assume that order no longer exists since you havent heard back and others have been submitting (and receiving) orders from last week. if your existing SA isn't any help you need to push for more action or find another way, sadly.
