As long as you can find an SA who is willing to submit your order you're fine. You don't have to actually achieve VIC status within LV system for your order to be validated.
The cards used are both debit cards, that means it's from his checking account so cash.
I've had to use two debit cards before because usually my bank will cap me at so many thousand on one card so I use a second debit card to complete my purchase.

I shared these phone numbers with my friends. And somehow they can just call them and place the order without issue. I guess LV made too many Supreme items?
Yes I've been looking into buying a slender or multiple wallet soon just stuck from wanting monogram or damier print. But I've been a long fan of Supreme so I would like to try to get my hand on a piece!
In general, you have to be in the LV system to place a phone order. Means you have to be in the system for more than 3 months and made at least one purchase within 12 months.
anyone else annoyed by the whining in this thread from people who don't even shop at LV? you're a sneaker reseller, so i get it you're used to whining when you don't get what you want but to come in here and blame LV is ironic when you don't really have any shopping history with the brand.
Anyone that can help me? i am a regular LV customer do not spend more than 2/3k a year at LV my SA told the collection is not avaible in the netherlands and she could not reserve anything also tried london but they told me it is canceld
