As long as you can find an SA who is willing to submit your order you're fine. You don't have to actually achieve VIC status within LV system for your order to be validated.

Per advice from this thread (thanks everyone!), I stopped in a LV boutique today to inquire about ordering a red card case. The SA told me they are unable to place orders for anyone at all. Any advice as to how to order an item?

I live in NY and I'm only looking for the red card case. Any help?

unfortunately they are just telling you what they've been told to say, whereas the reality is SA can and are placing orders. It's just a matter of knowing someone or getting someone willing to do it.

I know at 1 point London had a pop up store (located nearby Twinning store). I was just visiting London in recent weeks but the pop up store was closed when I was there, not sure if it's just temporary. I was told that the store was supposed to be open until August, perhaps it's temporarily closed due to supply shortage?

Hi thank you for replying! Yeah, the London pop up had to close as everything sold out, to my knowledge and they don't restock. The same happened with the Miami one (Visited first hand). The only was to be able to purchase over here is by online now.. Do you have a VIP online account? Or are able to make an order?
