Hawaii price is 10% below continental US. Depending on your local sales tax, it could be even mor savings. Hawaii tax is between 4-5%. You should call ahead to make sure the store you are visiting will have the bag. There are several lv stores on Oahu and Maui. They don’t sell luggage tags so you will have to bring your own unless you buy a luggage item like a keepall or horizon. Although I would not be surprised if they will sell luggage tags to their vic without them buying a luggage item. Good luck.

Can someone recommand SA in kalakaua waikiki store? There is one pouch that I really want to buy but seems like its out of stock everywhere in US:doh: I just want to make sure I can get it while I was there next months:crybaby:TIA:tup:

May I ask which location you went to and what day of the week? I'm headed to Hawaii in a few days, and I would love to pick up the pochette metis in monogram. I've had no luck in my hometown or in Paris. :sad:

I went to the Waikiki one first, I believe it was a Thursday night. I had a bad experience with a really pushy SA. He kept insisting that I had to pay sales tax even though I asked for it to be shipped to my home state which doesn't have an LV. He also didn't let me inspect my bag before purchasing, no box, just dustbag, etc. The offenses kept piling up against this guy so I walked away.

Then ended up at the Ala Moana the next day (friday morning) and had an amazing experience with Kerong. She was really patient, I asked if there was a MIF empreinte PM and she brought out all of their inventory for me to check.

Long story short, when I was at the Waikiki store, I spotted a reverse metis. I didn't realize how popular it was until I got on this forum. So, you might get lucky. I think the Waikiki one might have more inventory because it's in a more touristy area. I would check there. Good luck, have so much fun!

I love these and I’ve seen them pop up on eBay. Does anyone know what was the original price? I’d like to get one but not sure if the eBay ones are ridiculously overpriced?
