You're funny Bmore. I was able to purchase her new Sorbonne over the phone. Plus it was free shipping to the Big Island from Oahu. So overall I saved a roundtrip ticket to Oahu ($220) and the Hawaii discount which was another $220.
Did they sell you the luggage tag with stamp without needing to buy the keepall? I read another member’s post saying they wouldn’t let her buy without buying the keepall!! Which LV did you buy this at?

The SA said that if you order from Hawaii you have some limited time to pick up the bags and after that they put it out. I was super lucky because they just put out the keepall.
This is probably why they are switching to prepaid for orders. But I dunno what happens if you don’t pick up a prepaid.
