Aloha! If you go to the Ala Moana store, they are actually all friendly. You can mention my name Marvelyn Agno and they'll take good care of you. I work with all of them. Especially Fumi and Sharon. When I walk in, they all say hello and they know what to show me that I would possibly be lusting after. They are honest and tell me either if I need it in my collection or not. Just tell them I referred you and trust me they will take good care of you!!Doesn’t matter which one specifically. I’ll be renting a car
Yes, prices are about 10% less. Their tax rate is low too. If you want them to ship your purchases, they will do it but you have to pay the tax rate from the place where you live. My tax rate 7% here in USA. For example: Speedy 30 B DE was $1320

all prices before tax.
From what I was told the experience isn't the same as the LV boutiques around here. You more or less need to know what you want. Some items are hard to get in Hawaii too. As far as refreshments, offered water in a plastic cup and nothing else

Does anyone know if this year will be a special edition Neverfull in Hawaii?
I live on the Big Island where unfortunately we do not have a LV or Gucci store. Im searching for some items for my wife.....christmas presents. I talked to a LV client rep and they said that the Sorbonne backpack is available at the LV Honolulu Gump store. If anyone is headed there one day can you confirm that the price really is 10% cheaper than online? it cost $2590 online. I also maybe interested in other items like a matching wallet. Basically if the price is 10% cheaper than it would be worth it for me to just fly to Oahu for the day and buy everything there instead of online. Thank you so much in advanced!
Def 10% cheaper than online. I just did my purchases at the Hilton in Oahu and it was great.

Mahalo for the responses. gonna book a flight over in the next couple of weeks. There isnt any black friday sales either right? Does anyone have a contact at the Ala Moana store or any store? I would like to speak to someone before i head up. Plus i would like to put a bag on hold if it is in stock. Right now whenever i call the local phone number it takes me straight to client services.
Celeste Veal at Ala Moana and Darlene Lee at Hilton. Both were great!
My suggestion would be to call the store and just ask...that way you get the most up to date info.
