Happen to be in Japan right now so did some damage. I was there at opening because apparently all of Japan only got 13 units of the XL puzzle tote. No idea if what I saw was accurate but it felt perfect given how much I’ve loved the seafood I’ve had here. I got two wallets and the octopus anagram charm. Still need to get a bunch of the dice… will have to go to Tokyo or Fukuoka for those. Kyoto didn’t have any.

Close up of the pebble tote. Leather is super nice as always and it’s almost all marquetry for this one. Slung the prawn charm on it which truly fits the theme of the bag. Haha.

This is REALLY gorgeous. Congrats! I think that was a great decision to get the prawn instead of the anagram octopus - much more impactful and seriously well crafted! I decided to pass on the bunny/moon anagram charm for the price, and just got a couple of really small things.

I went to the store today to see some pieces in person, my store has not gotten everything yet.
Saw the pebble tote, too, such a gorgeous piece! Congrats on yours @despair! Beautiful piece.
My store had some flamencos, the supercute hamster bag, some puzzles, the dices, hats and scarfs and a few from the charms. I also saw the small whale. My bf loved the hamster which is smushed by the octopus charm. 😅

I haven‘t bought anything yet, waiting for the rest to arrive, but I got the new magazine beautifully packed from a very nice SA.

That metal anagram charm is so cute, but from the photos on the website, I was also not sure if it is not a bit cheap looking… How did you like the golden anagram charms?
This is why I prefer to see everything in store first. Don‘t want the hassle with ordering online and sending back stuff…
The shrimp is a fabulous choice. It also still lives rent free in my head. 😅

I think the whale is cute if used as a clutch… But I don’t go out so much these days…
The strap will be too long on me as I am only 5“2‘, which is why I am hesitating ordering it… Do you think a regular iphone (not pro) would fit into it?

I ordered the whale bag and I'm also 5'2"...I'll let you know how it works out for me. I definitely think a regular iphone would fit!

I know it's a rehash of the paula ibiza's collab but this is a sperm whale this time xd and I totally missed that collab. I love the neutral tones of the bag and it will be my first fun shaped bag from loewe.

Tried on the whale bag and yes it holds less than the lemur due to the shape. It’s entirely a rehash of the Paula’s Ibiza whale from years back, just a different color way and find. Wasn’t particularly enchanted by how the bag sits on me either - while it’s an adjustable strap and finally long enough for us, both configurations of the strap on the whale bag somehow doesn’t allow the bag to sit flat against my body.

Didn’t take photos as I wasn’t very inspired.

My SA sent a pic where they wore it with the belly laying flat on their stomach. Honestly that is what sold me! So many ways to wear it.

Oh man....this collection is so playful and special! I've been a lifelong hamster owner and I need to find a way to resist!! I have the disposable income to grab a smaller hamster or bunny themed piece but I keep telling myself I don't "need it"! Someone, please convince me otherwise!!!

I think you should do it haha. My friend has guinea pigs and she is likely getting one of the hamster cardholders. The one with the hamsters flipping the person over XD

Yes!! That card holder is so fun! My husband wants me to get the hamster shearling bag (but doesn't want me to spend the money)! I think the bunny tri-fold wallet is so well designed. My only Loewe pieces (so far) are the discontinued balloon bag in sunflower and a silk scarf I thrifted years ago. This new collection is so hard to resist!

i ended up ordering both the whale bag and the coin purse charm! as well as the whale coin cardholder and scarf! i figured it's best to see it in person before making my mind (as there's no retail store near me) and return what i don't want (i hope i return something haha). looks like everything will come by monday so i'll post photos/report back then.

I would like to see the anagram charms. But the store hasn‘t received them yet. The SA will let me know, when they come in. I saw the octopus charm, so cute, but so expensive. So I am torn with that one. Will sleep about which pieces I really want…

I'm glad I don't live near a store, this is all too tempting! The donut chain w/ the half pearly grey acetate would be so pretty on the whale bag...
