Do you guys like Amazonas in general? I know it’s an iconic Loewe model but I have to say I’ve never been as drawn to them as I have to other Loewe bags. They seem a bit bland for the prices they command.

I’m not sure I quite like the look of the shearling Calcifer flamencos. Maybe I’d like them more in person. I just got off work and am heading to my local pop up, but I’m curious to see what will actually be available. Last year’s Spirited Away pop up was quite sad looking because everything sold so fast they were just padding it out with regular stuff. :lol:

I like the Amazonas but probably primarily because they sure make a beautiful canvas for some of the most stunning scenes from the movies

The hammocks I didn't like as much in terms of functionality but the Chihiro canvas one from last year was quite lovely. Trying to get a sense for the magic sky this year

I like the Amazona alot, but I like rectangular non smooshy bags. However never did get one because they are so expensive. Prior to the Loewe Ghibli launches, I have never bought a handbag over 2000€… So good for me either that there are no more collabs…
Don‘t like the shearling look so much either on those bags at least for those prices… Though I love shearling and I have shearling bags from Max Mara, I find them more difficult to pair.

I never had the Hammock in my mind before the Spirited away collection! But I loved the Kaonashi one so much, I had to hunt one down and I funnily LOVE it. Actually pretty easy to carry and fits alot! Only downside is, that it non cinged might fall over when you out it on the floor…

Getting kind of concerned that my order hasn’t had any movement whatsoever and that was made like right after their website hiccups got resolved. Oh well it may not be meant to be.

Same. No movement from "in preparation" since presale and wary things will sell out everywhere. Thinking I have to do the in person thing and then return items if multiple arrive.

Same here, I bought the mini puzzle in black as soon as it started working, with no update yet. It does look like money has been taken off my card but based on last year I’m not sure that means anything? I’m in the UK.

I tried to buy a backup on Selfridges as they were showing stock yesterday but I’ve tried three different payment methods, two browsers and the app and it just won’t go through for me! So if Loewe don’t send it then I guess it’s not meant to be :( And I don’t want to pay someone else over retail just on principle.

The kaonishi one is beautiful - that leather looked so supple!

And Right right the non-hinged thing is a bit bothersome and also I am paranoid about theft so... The small size hammock is more functional than the minis though!

I tried this with 3 credit cards + PayPal, plus my partner's credit card and his PayPal, plus my aunt who lives in the UK tried it with her card (during the time when it was only shipping to UK) and same result. It keeps rejecting every payment method. Just so you know that it seems to be an issue with their site rather than anything on your end :)

Thank you that does actually help! I thought I was going mad as I spoke to their customer service last night and all they could confirm was that no order had gone through and that I should try another method, which I’d already done.

Sorry just realized that I misspoke slightly so wanted to correct myself. It rejected all payment methods from my partner and I on multiple devices. For my aunt, it let the payment through then after she got the initial confirmation email, Selfridges cancelled the order, emailing her saying that the order "has not passed [their] security checks". I don't know what's going on over there right now :panic:

Still no movement on any of my orders. My credit card has been charged including the foreign transaction fee ☹️
Regretting not using PayPal now in case they end up refunding.
