Does anyone here have experience with US
Loewe's online/phone customer service? I accidentally put the wrong shipping state in the madness of checking out because I had separate shipping/billing addresses. Everything else on the address is correct including the zip code, and there's no street address in the wrong state that matches, but I'm still paranoid since it's such a large purchase. I've already emailed them with the update and am planning on calling tomorrow morning, but some reassurance that someone else has successfully changed a shipping address would be nice :') I found
this old thread which, if still true, would be a huge bummer because the bag I ordered is now sold out
Also, thank you all sooo much for this thread, I got the date wrong and didn't think of Feb 1 being Jan 31 in the US, and wouldn't have caught anything today had I not lurked here first
