The small Calcifer Puzzle bag just shipped (just info received). It is coming from Madrid (like past releases). Sitting and waiting with abated breath for the rest.
Hi, do u mind sharing what color your small calcifer puzzle is? I'm still anxious that mine (orange) hasn't shipped. I wish I can get a shipping notification before the end of today because then I can cancel the Saks order for the black version with my SA :-s

I ordered the small orange Calcifer puzzle and it shipped this morning. I’m based in the US.
 
Does anyone know if they might stock some more of the current out of stock items for the global launch later today? I missed a cardholder yesterday so hoping I can still get it!
I do not have any confirmation so I can just share past experience. For past two years, some people (at least the non-resellers) get caught up in the craze and buy whatever they can get their hands on. Then they decide what they really want and do returns. I had seen new inventory come back for weeks following the launch and my NY SA had even texted me to see if I was interested in stock they had ( I’m pretty sure those were returns too)

Last year there wasn’t a big restock - like it was clear they hadn’t kept items back for the main launch, a lot of stuff had gone in the presale - but I agree there will be chances for weeks yet. That’s how I got my most wanted bag last year. This year I’m more organised and may be the person doing the returning. :lol:

yeah I'll definitely be one of the people returning a small puzzle - my bf told me he also placed an order for the same bag in case my order didn't go through. Neither of our orders have shipped yet, but if they do I'll have 2 of the same bags and therefore returning one of them

Does anyone here have experience with US Loewe's online/phone customer service? I accidentally put the wrong shipping state in the madness of checking out because I had separate shipping/billing addresses. Everything else on the address is correct including the zip code, and there's no street address in the wrong state that matches, but I'm still paranoid since it's such a large purchase. I've already emailed them with the update and am planning on calling tomorrow morning, but some reassurance that someone else has successfully changed a shipping address would be nice :') I found this old thread which, if still true, would be a huge bummer because the bag I ordered is now sold out

Also, thank you all sooo much for this thread, I got the date wrong and didn't think of Feb 1 being Jan 31 in the US, and wouldn't have caught anything today had I not lurked here first :love:
I called US customer service today to see if I could switch the shipping address and was told that due to privacy reasons, they could not do it for me. However, they said that once DHL sends you the shipping info, you can contact DHL to correct the shipping address. I might do that because something also came up for me and I’m paranoid about not being there right when it comes.
