I called US customer service today to see if I could switch the shipping address and was told that due to privacy reasons, they could not do it for me. However, they said that once DHL sends you the shipping info, you can contact DHL to correct the shipping address. I might do that because something also came up for me and I’m paranoid about not being there right when it comes.
99% of the time, the shipper has to contact DHL/whoever to arrange for change of address.

Ex. I sent a pair of shoes to the wrong address from H and they replied, "Regretfully, we are unable to modify your Order #123 due to its current processing status; however, we would be delighted to initiate an address change request with FedEx once the order ships, only if the shipping address is within the same state as the original shipping address."

I'd venture that it has to be the same state, because of sales tax being different in each state.
 
No confirmation for me yet but no cancellations either. I had made the mistake of checking out as a guest. Thankfully I ended up being able to secure the items I wanted with a SA instead, but lesson learnt!
 
I'm waiting for a shipment notification as well (feather Flamenco, Heen charm, Calcifer charm, and Markl charm) and I'm not that nervous TBH -- it's hardly been a day!

... but I really think it'd be more helpful if everyone who got a shipment notification say what their order contained (if you don't mind please)? :flowers:

That way those of us who ordered the same thing can start to legitimately worry... or if it's different, not worry lol.

I’m in Canada and so far I haven’t received any shipping confirmation email :sad: is it because I didn’t fill in the tax details yesterday? I was super nervous that I misread the instructions and seriously thought that I didn’t have to give my SSN # :crybaby:
I'm in Canada and haven't received a shipping confirmation email either if that makes you feel better! I ordered the Calcifer puzzle in rust yesterday. It's still in stock so I'm thinking it won't be cancelled but who knows.

i ordered the mini in rust too! but yeah i guess we can relax a bit seeing that the bags are (still) in stock :lol:

I'm in Canada too but I didn't even receive a request to fill in my SIN. Where do you see this?
