I just got a shipping notification for my calcifer strap, but the order also included the magical sky wallet and heen charm which are still ”in preparation”…. So it begins >_<

Got a shipping notification for the small black Calcifer puzzle and Calcifer hoodie. The Heen wrist pouch, flat cardholder, and Calcifer black zipped wallet still in preparation.

It looks like everything is coming from the warehouse in Spain, so theoretically everything should’ve shipped together, does this mean the 3 items in preparation still will likely get cancelled?

Says payment issue but the payment did went through as my bank called me. What an excuse. Sighs.

I think that should help! You can contact customer service to let them know. For me it was cancelled the next day. Was quite bitter about it. Haha. Then we became Loewe VIPs before the next collection dropped which resolved a lot of these issues lol.

@despair how did you become a Loewe VIP, what is the criteria?

same. How disappointing. I got very excited to see the Sophie/Howl Amazona. I guess I wont getting the bag I really wanted.

There's also a "can't ship to the UK" as well - I think it's pick up only until official launch day Feb 2. Hopefully will be available for shipping worldwide then

I received a shipping notification at 6:20am eastern for the mini black puzzle. The tracking number status just says “shipping info received” though.

Hello everyone! Long time lurker first time posting. I was on the sidelines reading all the posts during the Spirited Away release. I was lucky to get a couple of bags and a no-face wallet but here are the nerves again for this collection. My partner just got the shipping notification for the Howl Hammock Bag but I was the one who went for the black Howl and Sophie Amazona and I'm still waiting for the shipping. I am so scared it will get canceled this is the worst part of all this.

Other than their tech team fixing it (after like an hour), I think the post-order popup survey was my favourite part of yesterday's fiasco tbh!

The annoying thing is sometimes it takes up to a week to get the money (from memory of spirited away)

Basically it’s spending at Loewe haha. I have no idea what exactly the criteria are though.

Thanks. I can't be bothered with Selfridges sales online anymore, having to click into each individual item to find out if it's in stock (it's always out of stock). For a company as prominent and supposedly forward-thinking the stock management is worse than John Lewis c2018.
I added some things to wishlist and this is the result.

Ahhh, I kept seeing items as in stock when you click through, but when you hit "Quick Shop" you get the out of stock warning -- stupid it isn't on the main product page.

MyTheresa should have gotten the collab instead!.. or make it in-store only for Selfridges since they clearly don't know how to do this any better than Loewe.

I went to the store yesterday and managed to see the items I reserved in real life, I chose two charms (heen and Calcifer) and a fabric pouch for my straw bag. Online I purchased the calcifer t-Shirt as it was sold out in store.
I hope everyone will get what they want and looking forward seeing your reveals!
