Lovely bag! I recently bought one online as well. Do you mind sharing some more detailed photos of the bag so I can make sure it's genuine? The stitching on the strap holder is a little odd, also the 6-digit serial number is a little off and not leveled exactly and I don't see a c stamp by the date code. I really can't find any photo online of the bag since so few people actually post this and so little information is available online for this model! Here are some of the photos if anyone any any opinions, Appreciate it in advance.

Last year, I purchased two counterfeit items from eBay and Mercari, specifically designs from the Loewe x Spirited Away collaboration. Despite providing extensive evidence, Goldman Sachs Bank (Apple Card) ignored my dispute attempts for almost a year.
In response, I filed three complaints with the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau (CFPB), arguing that I was being coerced into mailing a counterfeit item, which is illegal according to the USPS mail manual and US law. Ultimately, I won my case. I am not required to return the items, and I have been credited for the full amount of $2,734.
The effort was entirely worth it.

Also thanks for sharing! Had no idea it was illegal, but nice to know we can leverage that in the event something like this happens to any of us.
It was a Susuwatari tote bag and a Kaonashi card holder. I can't really summarize why they were counterfeit precisely without breaking TPF rules, but I figured it out through my own examination and then hired a third-party expert to confirm my findings in writing for evidence.Congrats!!!

Apple Card, not Apple Pay. I will never be using that card again though. Amex approves my disputes in under 36 hours. Apple Card took a year and their practices of handling disputes was completely illegal and negligent. Highly recommend against using that card for any high value items (~$500 and above).
