Just want to report my experience with the new appt system. I have purchase history in Paris and it is almost like my home story as we come here every year. I wasn't able to secure an appt. My husband doesn't have any history and we tried twice under his passport and no luck either. This new system is terrible, I rather wait in line and that way I'm sure to have an appt. I don't have any more days here to try.

I am in the same situation! No luck with appointments and it's really hard try your luck every day and change your plans, I don't know how I feel about this system :(

But I'm making for an appointment for Monday? If the website is closed like their boutiques, how are people supposed to get appointments for mondays?

oops my mistake. apologies. I am a day behind in my brain! thought it was still saturday. wishful thinking! wouldn't surprise me if their website wasn't programmed properly. Hermes is in the Stone Age with their IT unfortunately.

No worries! Maybe Mondays are a good day for walk-in appointments since they don't have an appointment system in place. Well, until they fix this that is...
 



That's seems highly inefficient. Why can't the website take appointments when the store is closed? This new system seems very difficult...

I have been reading about this new system and I thought it could be helpful to be able to have an appointment in advance, it seems perfect but I am not sure it is an improvement at this time....
 

One would think that a luxury brand such as Hermes would employ someone with the ability to write properly in English. It is "currently closed" and "sales associates"!

Their online presence leaves a great deal to be desired, and I am not referring solely to grammatical errors.

On a more practical note, how are clients supposed to make appointments for Mondays? Have they intentionally left it as a free wheeling day of queue chaos?!
