I am going to Paris soon, hoping to visit Hermes. really nervous about this new online system. wondering if they will let you make appointments on consecutive days or if they see the same person trying to get an appointment everyday for several days, they will limit you!!

Does the phone number have to be France number? Could it be American number? Or other European countries? I'll be in Italy first and then going to France so wanted to know if I can log in before I get to France

Yes my number was american number. You will want to log in the day BEFORE you plan to visit Hermes to request an appointment, NOT the day of. For instance, I was in St. Tropez Thursday so I logged on and requested an appointment on my smartphone for the following day (Friday). My appointment was confirmed. Beware, they dont confirm ALL appointments they recieve, you may get a message denying you an appointent simply because they ran out of appointment times. You can not request an appointment for any further than the day after. Hope that helps.

Awesome! Thanks so much! My sis and I have a history at FSH - so hope we can both get an appointment. This time my mom will also come with us! Bit nervous but exciting!

While I was at the hostess stand someone walked up and tried to make an appt but the lady said it must be done online now.

I wonder if you get blacklisted after a certain number of "no shows" per passport...it would be fair to penalize those who keeps making appointments and then dont show up.

They should give everybody a chance of getting a Hermes bag. People should have equal opportunities as to buying a bag)not only those who have a history with FHS.
