There is no way to modify or cancel the appointment. I am not in Paris, will be in a few weeks so I'm testing to see how this system works. I'll contact them and see if I can cancel somehow, don't want to occupy a slot.
If you have any questions fee free to askPlease don't try it though, so the appointments remain available for the people there!

Congratulations Ladies, you are 1 step closer to getting your dream bag. May I know if either of you have any purchase history at FSH prior to this? I'm just wondering how they select the customers for appointment - is it truly random or there are actually someone looking up your purchase profile before assigning the appointments?

They can look you up by your name. SA tried to look me up on her iphone device by my passport number but was unsuccessful (because it wasn't required for my online purchases that I picked up at George V). When she entered in my name, my profile came up. She then edited my profile and put my passport number in. I saw that my old address was on there so she handed me the device to edit my address. I'm pretty sure it was be just as easy for them to change your passport number on your profile.

Providing the last name and passport number only is mandatory for the reservation, first name isn't required.

If they are trying to reduce sales to resellers, requiring a H-France history doesn't make sense. I assume the resellers do have a history of buying.
