I have a confession to make (that I'm almost embarrassed to admit :shame
I'm kinda having second thoughts about the leopard Happy and sorta regret not going after my first choice - the Crinkled Mastic one. I know I went back and forth for so long, and I absolutely LOVE the Navy leopard. But I can't get the Mastic one out of my head and I'm beginning to second guess my decision of going with the leopard
I know I can save up and possibly get the other one later on, but do I really need two of these bags? Honestly, I don't think so -- just because it's a smaller bag and I tend to reach for my larger ones more often.
ARGH!! why do these decisions have to be so darned hard to make? I know what I need -- a Sugar Daddy who'll buy me any bag I want so I don't have to make these decisions!!

Well if it makes you feel any better I have two Happys and love both equally. In the different finishes they do look different enough to justify having more than one IMHO.
I do use them regularly though. If you think there's room for only one in your collection you could always save towards the quilted mastic one and then let which ever one you don't love quite so much go.
In the meantime I'm drooling over this:

Yea, that's the problem - if I want it, I'll have to sell my leopard one as I don't have time to save up the $$ to buy one since they probably won't last too long (it would take me at least a month & a half to save up enough $$ for that one). I know they're coming out with new colors for S/S, but it's the Mastic I first saw and fell in love with and that's the one I really want.
I would absolutely LOVE to keep both -- I could keep my fingers crossed and hope that another one shows up on ebay, but that's always a gamble

I'm still debating between a Chanel classic flap and the Happy quilted Lanvin, but I noticed that today on the Lanvin site there are two quilted black Happy's that appear to be the same bag. The dimensions are the same, but one is listed as a new arrival and they are priced differently. The new arrival is $1995 and the other one is $2170. Does anyone know if there is actually a difference between the two bags? I just can't figure it out, and I if I decide to get the Lanvin, I don't want to order the wrong one.

I think they're having some problems on that website. yesterday all kinds of weird things were happening and yesterday there was only one listing for the quilted Happy and it was $1995. last night, there was still the listing for $1995, but it said it would be available in 3-5 weeks, while the other 2 that $2195 are available immediately (the original price of the quilted one WAS $2195, so I'm sure those are correct)
You could also call a Lanvin boutique to buy your bag so that you definitely get the right one.
ILMB, I hope you don't decide to lose the navy leopard! I think it's a future classic (I'd love to have the neutral leopard too). Although I can totally understand how you feel about the Mastic - it's gorgeous.
