Had a lovely experience at Bellagio today. I'm in Vegas for a conference and even though I'm supposed to be on ban island in advance of a trip to France next month, I decided to stop by the boutique to pick up a few items from the Le Bain Hermes collection to have on hand as last-minute/hostess gifts for the upcoming holiday season. Randi was my SA, she was delightful and so attentive despite my relatively low-dollar purchase. Their stock levels seemed pretty good - lots of 90 cm and maxi twilly scarves, some CSGMs, two or three Jypsieres, a couple of Evelynes, several Garden Party, a couple of Double Sens and one So Kelly 26 on display.

inventory...Bellagio was FANTASTIC - worked with Randi, she was in a word DELIGHTFUL! It was by far the most fun shopping time i've ever had at H....i spent a ton and didn;t even get a B...
she brouhgt out the most amazing double sens, ultimately i was shocked and elated to see the Maxi double sens in a new Rouge H Sikkim, it's HUUUGE and jstu what i was looking for, so a new bag, two GM shawls, a Rouge H matte gator CDC and clic clac later, lots of perfumes too, it was by far the best trip to H and she sent me home with many lovely H perfume samples! Didn't even need to go to Crystals!

I just talked to one of my SA in crystal. She said she cannot do charge/ship for the leather goods anymore. Even if they get any B or K bags, they will call you and hold it for 24 hrs and you will need to make a trip there. No one else can pick it up for you. That's sad when I heard that.

i didn't see one at either location but they had the bags out in one color on display mostly (ie: blues in one section of bellagio & crystals). they could have had it in the back. they brought out a malachite jypsiere from the back for me.I'm actually in vegas right now

I am traveling to Las Vegas within the next 2 weeks for work. I won't be staying on the strip; but I am hoping to commute to Hermes when I have some free time in the evening. I'm not *expecting* to purchase a bag at this time. However, I would love a basic H belt/belt kit in black and brown (?), Clic H bracelet, blanket, etc. I survived a challenging year, dodged a BIG health bullet, and would love to treat myself during my trip.
I don't mind spending for quality products, and I love timeless classics. However, bad customer service is a pet peeve of mine, and life is too short for games. That said, which location should I visit, and which SAs should I request?

Luis at bellagio was nice when I was there yesterday. I tend to avoid crystals, they don't usually seem nice. There was a lady at the encore that was nice last time I was there but idk her name
I went to Bellagio on Christmas day, I was looking for bag charms and was told none available. Not sure if they were reserved for regular. I really think I shouldn't waste time shopping around and stick with my regular boutique for converted items. They have plenty of scarves and a few croc Kelly wallets on display.
I was at the Bellagio and Crystals shops. Interestingly I seem to buy the most from the Crystals shop. Seemed like there were a lot of CDCs in stock at both stores. I ended up with a graphite and silver hardware one in PM size. Lots of blue bags too.

I hear what you're saying. And I wish that I had a local boutique. Vegas is probably the closest to my city, with LA being second-closest.
