May I know if she is an established customer before the diamond watch and the offer?
@chkpfbeliever, I remember that you have purchased in vegas over a few years! Did you manage to get a B or a K over the past few years? Please do share!!
lovehermes89 - I was lucky to be offered a couple of Bs after sticking faithfully at one store and also regularly visiting them. I don't mind since I love going to Vegas to shop. They have the best selection for all brands and the sales tax is lower. The key is to stick with a good SA and buy things that you really like. I've been very selective now with my scarves and bags now that prices are so much higher.
I know some people have bad experience at Crystals but I must say that my experience with them had always been good. They have a few SAs there so it is quite intimidating when you walk in but I always make eye contact and address them. Their inventory is also good.
No she had never bought anything from that store, but she became very established after purchasing the diamond watch, lol. The SA even asked her if she would be interested in croc birkins, Himalayan Kellys in the future. But of course she will have to purchase a jewellery piece for around &40k

No she had never bought anything from Hermes in the US, we are from Canada. The first question the Vegas SA asked was if you've shopped at another US store before. If you have, then she'd encourage you to stick with the other store. (Don't lie, because they can look up your profile). It seems they really value loyalty. I heard J Lo had been turned down for birkins in Vegas because she shops normally at Beverley Hills Hermes.

My local store is San Francisco, but I make frequent visits to Vegas. I have made purchases at Crystals and Bellagio. An SA at the Bellagio store has told me to make all my purchases there so that I can be considered for a B or K. However, I already have both a B and K. The B is from SF and the K from a re-seller.
I was offered a Lindy and TB at Crystals and chose the TB since that is what I happened to be looking for at the time. Since the TB purchase, I have been offered a Constance Elan and Medor which I turned down because they were not the colors I was interested in.
I find that as a frequent visitor, the SAs are willing to work with me as a regular, even if my local store is SF.

Oh thanks for sharing @chkpfbeliever! I never shop at Crystals before and among the 3 stores that I visited so far I think encore is the best(at least for me). Coming back to LV for almost 2 years now, hopefully the SA that I know won't forget me. hahahahaha.
Las Vegas in general has amazing inventory... I've been going there for the past 10 years... I shop all three stores although I usually get bags at Crystals. The stores in Vegas definitely have more exotics than most of the other North American stores...

I stopped by quickly at Bellagio saw at least gator Kelly wallets and a gator Dogon on display. Also of note were an Evelyne and Lindy in what I'm guessing is Rose Jaipur. This was on Wednesday night.

I'm happy to announce that I met with nice SA in both crystal and encore. I spent some monies on each store and got offer a birkin 30 etoupe w ghw from crystal and a blue sapphire constance 18 w phw from encore.
It was a great trip!!
