I was there on the weekend, the inventory was really low because the craftsmen were off in August. Was told that mid October the inventory level will go up.

Visited the Crystals & Bellagio stores today and the experience was night & day. While I adored my time at Crystals w/ prob the nicest, most amazing SA that I've ever met, in any brand, in the Bellagio store I was barely greeted. During my visit to Crystals while trying on bracelets I of course asked about Ks & Bs but was told they prob won't hv any until early/mid Nov. The SA & I chatted and he showed me color & leather options as well as pulled a few bags in similar sizes that I could try on.
Left with a belt, my first Hermes purchase, and a lot more information about the brand. Fantastic experience!!!

I have had that exact same experience (and I generally always receive excellent service regardless of where I'm shopping) with respect to Crystals vs. Bellagio.
It wasn't Rayanne, was it? Not sure if I spelled that correctly. She's originally from Hawaii?
She's got to be one of the most pleasant SAs I have ever met. She got several bags for me to try and looked up information in the computer when she wasn't sure about the colour or leather. All this even after I told her I was just browsing. She did manage to make me buy something (a few scarves) after all.
EDIT: oops, I see you mentioned it was a HE, so probably not the same SA.
Is it true the the crystal store does not let customers place SO? I was able to place one in the past but never received it and now they said they don't have SO. Tia
No it's not true. My SA just offered me to do a SO at the next rack order. I heard each SA can only offer it to only one customer and needs manager approval based on spendings history in non leather amount, ie jewlery/clothing/watches
You're lucky since my I've placed 2 SOs and several podium orders. THey never show up and my SA insisted that he saw the paperwork. Either Paris ended up canceling the order or my SA was lying to me.
I seriously think my SA never put the order in. I guess I shouldn't mention this? I still was able to get a couple of birkins so can't complain too much.
same here. I think that my SA knew that these SOs rarely go thru unless we are a super VIP. I shopped there often but not big enough to get all the attention.

I arrived to Vegas yesterday and popped in the Crystals store. Started chatting with a nice SA about the Avalon blankets and mentioned that I was ideally looking for a Birkin. I said that I would be in town for the week for business. He took down my information and said he would call if anything turned up. Well, today I got an unexpected call from him that a neutral Birkin arrived.
I'm now the proud owner of a 35 cm Prunoir Birkin with gold hardware!!
I literally hugged my SA because he was so sweet!! They seemed to get in a pretty decent shipment because I was also offered a Rose Azalee. I'm literally on cloud 9 right now!! Orangeaddict, thanks for the tip about asking for a 35 cm.
