Here in vegas now, shopping IS incredible. Only had time to stop by hermes at bellagio. Looked at lots of things but they didn't have much of what I wanted. As mentioned before, there are a tons of bags in different styles on display in nice colors, saw lots of leather garden party, picotin, black so Kelly, etc. some small leather goods in exotics. Almost no belts, I did pick up one small item, and also was told I needed to come a few more times and spend on other things like rtw and houseware, etc, before even putting my name down for a b and k, but I really didn't see too much on display for those categories anyway. Will try to stop by encore and crystals tomorrow.
So sorry, wasn't able to hit the other two stores yesterday. We had a bunch of other things on our list to do and shop and wasn't able to make them all! Wish I was able to stop by but with the other stores I wanted to see, DHs shopping and keeping the toddler happy and meeting friends I couldn't get another hour or two to cover more H territory.
Do you mind sharing which store has the B30 and Kelly 28 ? Did you take up the offer ? I was there on 5/31 and was told no Bs & Ks so must be related to my spend. Just so tired of this game. Some of the lucky TPFers were offered the B and K after one visit at other H stores.

Believe me, I know how you feel and it is very frustrating. But don't give up! I got my first bag after being told no bags were available. I walked the store, selecting the equivalent of a car's worth of stuff, then asked again. Miracle-- a bag was suddenly available. I should have been angry, but I could have spent the same amount buying a bag through a re-seller at 100% mark-up, for just a bag. At least I got the bag I wanted, and the benefit of all the other items I wanted too. I considered it a club initiation fee. My case is extreme. I know people who spend much less, but do it over a longer period of time, establishing a relationship with a store. I was too impatient for all that
Even in Vegas, I had to spend a lot before they opened the vault to me. This week I was offered another 30 from one of the stores I shop regularly. As I was deciding whether I wanted the bag, there was another woman gushing over her croc offering, all while a third woman was around a corner from us complaining because the store told her they had no bags in stock. You have to find humor in it.
I believe the bigger stores have bags. It's not about availability. It's about whether they are going to sell that bag to you, on that particular day. I also think its about getting a good SA, in a bigger store. Because I travel all over the world, I used to shop a variety of stores. Now, I try to keep my shopping to 2-3 bigger stores. I also buy across all categories, not because I feel I have to, but because I want to.

I'm not a Kelly girl (yet) so I never bother to go any further. Sorry
I did prefer the Encore. Far fewer tourists. The Bellagio had tons of people passing through just to see the hotel. The Encore store was empty by comparison so the SA's were very attentive, even sitting down going through books with me to find things.

Thanks for the encouraging words. I too think that most stores have the bags available but it is based on whether they want to offer it to you or not. The amount you spend ultimately determines whether someone is being offered the bag. I've never experienced a brand that play these games. I'm still hopeful and love going to Vegas as it is one of the best places to shop.
just spent 5 days in vegas for DH's b-day so did not really pay attention to colors or sizes- but did stop by 3 boutiques.. overall the bellagio has much more purses and wallets inventory
1) bellagio - a kelly 22 bicolor -outside sanguine (sorry don't know inside color)
many jypsiere including bambou color, also garden parties with all leathers and cotton versions, berline black with center "h" type of leather, evelynes
kelly croc wallets, RTW so much more selections and also shoes/ sanders/sneakers (both men and ladies)
2) crystals --jygsiere/garden party/evelyns--did not see any wallets- did not even go back to see RTW --DH was waiting ...
3) encores- I would have to see this one has the least of inventory out of the 3 --purse shelve almost empty - over heard SA telling another customer that they have been very busy since before july 4th and have not got any shipments for a while now- on purse shelve 1 berline black, couple garden party (sorry cant remember the colors). 1 anemone picotine mm was just sold when I got there.
saw SA showed 2 shiny croc kelly wallets black and bordeaux colors
also over heard SA telling a customer (I think a regular there b/c they were at the back of the store sort of whispering)...no kelly or birkins --of course I am not certain about this)
