Hi all! I just wanted to share my Hermes experience in Vegas. I was there a few weeks ago for business.
I visited all three stores:

-Bellagio:
It's the smallest of the three, but has the biggest supply, however much of their more exclusive items (B & K) are reserved for VIPS. I went in twice. Both times the SAs were very rude and not even interested in helping me. When I finally did ask for help, they could tell I was quite knowledgeable about the brand and changed their attitude a little bit-- however still not very friendly. The first time I went, there was a lady purchasing a crocodile kelly, however I didn't even bother asking for a B or K, because by the tone of the SAs voice and the rolling his eyes when I even glanced over at the bag, I knew I wasn't going to get anywhere. I didn't really feel like spending money on smaller items with an SA that was rude. I was looking at plates when I overheard someone else ask if they had any B or K. A different SA told them that they needed to spend more money on other items, but did hint that they had some in the back if they were willing to do so.

-Crystals: I only went once, and had an Asian SA with a very thick accent, which I found a bit hard to understand, but nonetheless she seemed eager to help me. I brought up if they had any Bs and she laughed and brushed me off.

-Encore: Also went twice, and spoke to a different SA each time. The first time I looked at other bags, and then asked if they had any B, the SA immediately turned cold and I could tell she didn't want to help me. She turned her back to me and proceeded to do other things. The other SA was nice but politely brushed me off when I brought up wanting a B. They did have good stock on other items however, and I picked up a few things here.
@airbrushed, thanks for the information about the Vegas stores. Am planning on a girls' trip there this spring. I've never been to Vegas before so should be fun! Hope to stop by at st least 1 H store while there. I guess Bellagio will not be my first stop.

Airbrushed, baby_g, thanks for sharing your knowledge abt the Vegas stores. It will be extremely helpful when I visit Vegas in the summer. Just have one more question, do you guys often see Lindy on display from time to time?

I don't believe I saw any on this trip, however you never know when you'll get lucky!--It is Vegas after all ;)

I saw an orange Lindy at the Bellagio while we were there during Valentine's Day. I also saw a few cute Picotins and was tempted to walk out with one.

Jacquie at Bellagio is so sweet. She helped me to get a lot of hard to find things like hammered gold H buckle. I bought like 5 scarves, several belt kits from her. She's been so nice. When the belt size is not correct, she called around other 2 stores and had them hold a correct one for me. I am glad I read this thread before I left for Vegas.

I went to Encore first and a male SA brushed me off. Then the second day, I went to Bellagio and asked for her. She was on lunch break. Then I came back to say hi to her. She is just so nice.

Up till now, I still haven't been to the Crystal store. I got most stuff I wanted from Jacquie. Thinking about how to make purchases from her through mail orders. Most items are not allowed to be shipped.

All three stores have the same rules. Whether you're a long customer or a tourist, you just have to spend enough each time before they release the B & K. I've never walked out of the Bellagio without buying a few big items. That is just the way that joint works.

Totally agree, but I guess that's the case for most Hermes stores in the world.

Hermes newbie here (only own one Clic H) to share my recent Vegas experience. I can really only comment on the overall store experience and not inventory, as I was only there to purchase another Clic H or Clic Clac.

I visited both the Bellagio and Crystals locations. Walking into both stores left much to be desired. I don't expect (nor do I want) someone to rush over and ask if I need any help, but I don't think it's unreasonable to be acknowledged with a nod or a smile. I can partly excuse the Bellagio location because it looked like all of the SAs were with customers, however, it was completely inexcusable at Crystals because I was literally the only customer there and the 6 or so SAs were all just standing around chatting. Maybe it was because I was dressed kind of casually. When I finally got the attention of one of the SAs, she continued to participate in the conversation with the other SAs as she was showing me things... and not even in a meaningful way - just adding in filler, like "oh, [name of another SA]" Ugh. Rude. Furthermore, when she actually deigned to pay attention to me, it seemed like she couldn't wait to be rid of me. She just stood there with this bored look on her face, not even trying to make small talk or anything. She also seemed super annoyed when I asked to see both the PM ad GM trays because I was undecided between a PM Clic Clac and GM Clic H. Meanwhile, at the Bellagio, when an SA did become available, she came right over and she was super friendly, attentive, and helpful. Unfortunately, I ended up buying at Crystals because they had a colour that wasn't available at the Bellagio.

The SA's at the Bellagio store are so nice. I bought my first H purchase there so many years ago and always go back when I'm in Vegas.
The Crystals store is my least favorite. They ignored me completely and couldn't be bothered until they looked up something in my history in the computer for me and then they were suddenly super helpful. Too little, too late.

if you bought something from Bellagio many years ago that would have been the old store. They closed down the H store a few years ago and moved to Crystals. I guess it got busy enough then they reopened a new one back at Bellagio but different location. The new one is by hotel lobby and front entrance.

Yep, I miss the old store. But I'm glad they reopened the new one. The best thing about going to Vegas for me is all of the H stores. It's the only way DH can get me to go.
