Was in Vegas on business and checked out the Bellagio store. There were 3 SA's. Two of them ( chubby guy with short light brown hair and a dark haired woman) were nasty. I commented in the Fall 2014 zebra scarf and the people du vent bandanna scarves and they treated me like I had the plague and kept talking to each other. The other SA (shorter guy with dark brown) was very nice.

They had a Lindy (orange), Victoria in orange and bamboo, blue Izmir and blue jean bolides, azap wallet in blue Izmir and turquoise, garden parties, and jysperie in red.

They had the Fall 2014 silks but no Cashmere shawls. No cdc but they did have the new bracelet (the reversible one with the gold bar) in white.

What shoddy treatment you received. I hope you didn't take it personally.

Thanks MrsJDS. It was petty awful considering what great treatment I've received in other H stores. In fact, out of all the stores I visited in the US and in other countries, they were definitely the rudest. I was dressed appropriately, was wearing my black CDC, and there was no one else in the store! I saw them folding the scarves so I looked over and said "Wow! you have the Fall 2014 collection available - is that the new Zebra Pegasus and the new people du vent bandanna scales? " I swear they both looked at me, didn't answer and then went on talking to each other.

I wasn't looking to buy anyway, I just wanted to check out the store but I was surprised at the behavior. I certainly was glad I wasn't going to give them any commission. However, another SA (a dark haired gentleman) came over to help. I will say, they are definitely lacking in smiles at that store.

I know which of the 2 SAs that you were talking about. I have no experience with them since my SA there is the long guy and he is quite nice and looking out for me. The shorter guy is also nice too and sold me a Ulysse a few months ago. Overall, I find that there is an average of 2 nice SAs in LV. Sarah at the Bellagio (Asian lady) is very nice and helpful. I would vote for her if anyone is looking to shop there.

I too would leave with a bad taste in my mouth with the experience you described. I hope the next time you visit the same store your experience is 1000x better. I had a pretty awful experience at the Bond St store in London and my DH was travelling with me at the time and was so disguised by the SA's attitude/actions he said we would not spend a penny ever there either.

I feel like if the SA is busy with customers it's understandable, but if they are just dozing and standing around doing tedious work, they as employees should provide their premier customer service. I just find it a pity that in a high tourist traffic location this happened. I guess There are disgruntled employees everywhere. I am glad you shared this experience here and informed other loyal H customers for future reference.

I will be visiting LV next week, and surely to avoid any SA's as you described, I don't want to have a negative experience on my anniversary trip :/

I think if it was my first time at an H store, I would have been embarrassed and upset and it would have soured the experience for me. Fortunately, I have such great SA's in my local area and received wonderful treatment in all other H stores that it was more annoying than anything else. They obviously did not want commission and I sure wasn't going to give it to them.

Chanelz - if you go to Bellagio, I hope you get a nice SA - either the short dark haired guy or the Asian lady that chpk mentioned. Don't let anyone ruin your special trip!

Thank you jyyanks! I hope it will be a special trip indeed. Yes chpk was very knowledgable about the "go to" SA's. I just hope my H escapades doesn't drain the DH....

I was in the H store at Bellagio on Saturday 2 days ago and bought the 22cm So Kelly in capucine/rose jaipur. The SA that served me was a Hawaiian guy and was very friendly and helpful. He gave me his name card and checked for me voluntarily if they had other colors of the so Kelly in the back. Good experience.
